This is another item that unintentionally wound up on "The Cutting Room Floor." Along with the "Little Wally" illustration previously posted, this image was created as a wall photo for the West family home. Featured from left to right are the three "generations" of Flash, including Barry Allen, Wally West, and Jay Garrick. The premise was that someone in the West family snapped a shot of the trio of speedsters all together out in public, and then the heroes were kind enough to autograph the photo for a young Wally West (The signatures would be a ploy to divert the suspicion of casual visitors to Wally's house).

I hoped to convey the individual personalities of each character in the "photo," with Wally being the obvious showboat, Barry the secure and nonchalant JLA hero, and Jay Garrick as the senior mentor, with a warm smile, and a corny wave.

i can only think of one non-comics version of the flash since 1986 that didn't give barry wally's costume.

I think this was the first new episode in a couple weeks. Atlantis looked pretty dope and there was a nice Father-Son moment between Dick and Bruce.

You're not missing much. It's okay but nothing spectacular. Definitely not as good as I'd expect from Greg Weisman.

I was just about to say that Corp: "It's a nice picture but they got Barry's costume wrong. Barry's eyes should be visible, because they've always been visible." Of course you could argue that it actually does make more sense for him to have lenses in the mask to protect his eyes from debris & what not.

yeah, but those things tend to be flexible. you'll see wally without those things sometimes and barry with. the easiest, most consistent way to tell them apart is the belt

Wally got the white lenses and the shiny/darker coloring when he started making his costume out of Speed Force energy. Then he started making even the SF costume have visible eyeholes and brighter coloring until Flash: Rebirth, where they basically just went back to the original shiny, darker Speed Force costume.
