You're not the only one - after watching Moon and Source Code, I think Duncan Jones is ready for a bigger movie. That movie being The Flash.

I HAVE a feeling if Duncan was to do a superhero film, it'll be with DC. And right now, he doesn't have a next movie planned (curiously).

At WonderCon panel tonight Reynolds suggested Bradley Cooper for The Flash movie.

I could definitely see him as Barry Allen. He's also the right age that he could be plausible as the uncle of a teen / early 20's Wally West, without coming across as old. Cooper is definitely a choice I could get behind.

I think he could pull off both but Wally West is the more obvious choice.

I don't dislike him as Green Lantern, but for years there was a campaign for him to be The Flash, and when his name popped up along with Bradley Cooper as a candidate for GL I wanted it to be Bradley. Seeing Bradley as the Flash would annoy me.

I don't care if he was already Justin Hammer, but if by some chance D. Jones was directing the Flash, I wouldn't mind seeing Sam Rockwell as the villain. I'm thinking Mirror Master.

I think Cooper would make a good Flash. He's kind of got like a Reynolds light thing, and Reynolds I feel was a prime choice for the Flash.

Cooper is perfect for Barry, check out the Will Tippin character he plays in Alias - He’s got that relentless inquisitive drive, kind of a non stop OCD investigator - of course it gets him into trouble. A bit of the nerdy nice guy/ likeable / best friend who wants to do right by everyone thing going on, and he even looks like Barry in it too.

Also with Cooper and Reynolds being such friends, they could get into these characters and push for a Brave & The Bold / Light – Speed / Green Lantern – Flash team up movie.
Kind of like the other World’s Finest.

Maybe it is because of the roles he played lately, but I don't want him as Flash anymore...Barry should be played by a likeable actor, but Cooper comes off too much like Robert Downey Jr. He maybe has charisma, but not in a way I would like for Barry or Wally...

A lot of hate for these '*****e' actors I feel is because they remind them of the 'jocks' in high school who would beat them up.

So funny, charismatic, handsome and a bit immature? Yeah, the people on the internet are going to hate you.

I don't think Cooper looks anything like a *****e. He's played a *****e before. But I don't think he looks anything like one.

I'd prefer to see Cooper as Guy Gardner instead of Barry. I still like the Matt Morrison suggestion, but I don't know if 'Glee' would get in the way.

Cooper as Guy Gardner seems more logical than Cooper as Barry Allen.
