i thought the movie was solid
its just a little nitpic IMO. we could explain it. but to make material in the shape of a huuman body and then all the tech stuff and then it all together in 5 hours was a little MEH. but nothing wrong. the movie was 100% fun and it deserves all the money.
Atleast we saw that he made atleast 3 suits ...1 was a prototype, 2 was just a start and 3 was the real deal. Where as in Spidy, I was wondering how Tobey made his suit. er wait Parker sorry. lols

He spent 3 months in captivity...so he spent a lot of time on the basic design of it....
hes inventions were made at the start industries. but it looks like he has machines under the garage for personal use.Now that Im thinking about it the parts where he was messing around with the 3d holograms and he put his hand into it and started moving it around, i think that was an attempt to answer this, but it left a lot up to the viewer to assume.
Like I assume he modelled up the parts tested it via the hologram and all the parts were machine made in some factory under his house, that he uses for making all his side projects and inventions.
Im reaching, but I dont think the cookie jar is too far hehe![]()
p.s. i always liked that at the end of comicbook movies we get o see teh hero in hes costume for the last scene. like spiderman,superman,batman,....
i was really expecting some flying through the clouds. but i guess it would look to much like superman heheeh

i dont have a problem how much time he spend for the designes. it was just a little funny that he went on a party and back at home the suit was build so fast.
the pacing of the whole movie was great IMO.
isnt the mark 3 a whole new suit?He already had the Mark 2 built he was just having the alloy changed to deal with icing and flight control....so the machines were just fine tuning it
isnt the mark 3 a whole new suit?
Because for someone who is all suddenly about protecting people, he just put himself, his friends, his employees, not to mention anyone who comes in contact with him in severe danger. He may as well painted an X on all of their heads.
As in a brand new design? Yes. It's built on the same bases as the mach 1 though. All the suits are. They are just improved again and again and again till it's completely unrecognizable.
I wonder if they'll ever use the Extremis.
didnt he said to the computer that for the new suit he should use gold and titanium?just upgraded from the Mark 2 with a different alloy and a new paint job...at least that was my understanding...
Very, very good point. The sequel better deal with this angle.
so if it is not in the comics it doesnt matter?
Hm, Tony Stark actually has the resources to protect the people he cares about. The secret identity might've been a big deal for Spiderman because he was just a regular Joe when not in costume. Then again, Stark doesn't even have any friends or family, except for Rhodes who's in the military and Pepper. So really, that just one person he needs to install a hightech alarm sistem for or something.![]()
The whole point of the act with the train was so it WOULDNT reach Wayne Tower, and it didnt, otherwise the water mains of the whole city would have blown, the train crashed into its own station, not Wayne Tower.
I have an issue with the fact that not only Nick Fury, but Stane was both able to enter this billionaires house without setting of any alarms. As high tech as that place is, including a omniresent "butler". Why wouldnt jarvis warn Tony of people entering his house while he was out?
But thats a nitpick, kinda. I loved the movie.
