Obviously Circle of Blood and Year One. I haven't read too many of the earlier comics, I have read some with Jigsaw but I can't recall them off the top of my head right now.


Hey, I just thought of something, Does anyone else here think it would be neat if Jigsaw wears The Punisher's skull eblem at some point in the movie? That would be a pretty fun nod to the comics.

I think thats when he was brainwashed for a time in The Trust (Back To The War, Slaughterboy, Final Solution part 1 and 2. Thats right after The Circle Of Blood). Thats a good series, but I don't think they will do that since thats an entirely different story. I don't see them talking about The Trust in this movie. Maybe on a second part of War Zone or third will they might go to that story.

Yep, I've always liked the idea of Russo wearing an imitation Punisher getup (LaRosa skull maybe) for the purpose of causing confusion among mob rivals and police as well as just pissing Castle off.

I think Paddy would have done fine, but oh well. I hope they cast someone a little more formidable looking. It should be someone who could knife fight Ray Stevenson and look like he's standing a chance.

**** paddy!! i read over on aicn that lexi was being really nice about the whole thing and said she'd love to work with him but on his blog paddy said green streets was a gigantic mess. whattad!ck. i was posting over on his blog (under my other name 'remixof1983') and he eventually came off as pretty arrogant and a lil hesitant so it's nice how this worked out with their first choice saying no then all of a sudden saying yes. now i really wonder who it is and what exactly changed their mind.

I'm sorry, this guy might be a great actor, but he just wasn't right for Jigsaw at all. I'm happy they are going with someone else.

People are strange. He seemed interested and when he doesn't get it...he trashes the prospects of doing it. Like reading a script is a waste. It's not even if you don't get the role it's a privilage.
