If I was a religious man I'd pray Megan Fox didn't have her role expanded. She adds nothing to a movie experience unless you find her attractive, which I don't.

It doesn't show much but it looks just like Jonah Hex to me. He's a DC character I always liked. Didn't really follow the comics, but anytime I did happen to read a story, I always enjoyed it. I know he is based on Clint's "Man With No Name" from the Leone movies, and that is pretty much my favorite movie character of all time...so I'm looking forward to this one.

And for those that are saying Megan is average...ok. I'm not usually a band wagon jumper, so I don't typically go for the "it" girl because everyone else does, but you can't deny Megan has a sexy quality about her. Some people just like to be contrarians.

Yesterday they showed a teaser trailer her in Italy to a convention of theatre owners.
It features pages from the comic-book being torn while the actors popped out of them.

It's annoying that just about every other trailer shown at Comic-Con has been officially released, but the one I REALLY wanted to see and REALLY regretted missing while being AT Comic-Con ("oh, Jonah Hex is over a year away, NO WAY will the panel have a trailer!") has been kept sealed away, and avoided leaks even better than Iron Man 2.

She adds nothing but a few extra seats (close to four million I estimate). That could be significant for a low budget film like "Jonah Hex".

It looks like CLASH OF THE TITANS, INCEPTION, and COP OUT are the movies that will have trailers attached to SHERLOCK HOLMES. I'd say that makes it pretty likely that JONAH HEX and THE LOSERS will be attached to THE BOOK OF ELI in January.

You have to admit that when Megan does that 'open mouth' look, it is seductive.

I totally disagree. It doesn't scream "seductive" to me, it screams "mouth breather."

I can't wait for Jonah Hex, but I just hope Megan isn't in it much - she's a good-looking girl, I'll give her that, but her voice is absolutely grating and her acting is atrocious. Maybe if they had her lip sync and dubbed in a different voice I would like her. Although I heard she just has a cameo so that's a good sign.

I'm really hoping this is good and warrants a sequel because I'm a big Jonah Hex fan and want to see Tallulah Black on film, damn it! t: Preferably played by someone who can actually act...

I have to take issue with "Based on the legendary graphic novel" in the synopsis of being an inaccurate description of Hex's publishing history. That kind of thing bugs me.

Other than that, sounds pretty good.

It's not "legendary" I object to. It's "graphic novel". With about 4 exceptions over the years, Hex's stories have been 1 to 3 part monthly comic books. It's o.k. to say WATCHMEN is based on a graphic novel as it is one big story. But, they certainly are compiling multiple comic book storylines. Showcase Presents Jonah Hex isn't a graphic novel.
