i think for the purposes of this movie colossus and juggs will be relatively similar in strength. We don't need that fight to only last one punch (if it happens)

i said sometime back that Juggs' helmet looks rather thick...maybe it weighs a good 200+ lbs....so when you see him just holding it under his arm, or even when he wears it and being able to have full movement with it, we can understand that this guy is strong...

plus: maybe, since once he starts moving nothing can stop him, his main weakness is mental attacks, maybe the government knows this too, and, so that no one can find him, they put the helmet on him.....maybe copying Magneto's helmet from when they had him locked up?

you wouldnt want an evil mutant to get wind of juggs being around....he would be my first recruit...that is why i would shield him from ANY kinds of locating methods....

again, this is just a thought, nothing more and nothing less....

Well the thing is, juggernaut's only weakness is his mind, As long as he has that helmet on, Prof X won't be able to get into his mind to stop him, I'm sure they will find some clever way to beat him.
