Probably because Vinnie Jones, although slightly looking the part, has the completely wrong voice. He doesn't sound menacing at all, that line is not intimidating or funny.

And it sounded funny. It actually didn't sound like Vinnie at all from what I've seen of him. It sounded almost like it was dubbed over by some fan...Still, I'm just glad to see that line in there.
