It's meant to provide some light relief, a bit of comedy amid the tragedy...

I'm not sure I like it... I wanted Juggs' voice to be more menacing, not high-pitched 'mockney' silliness...

(Non-Brits won't know what mockney is --- it's a mock Cockney accent, Cockney being an accent in some parts of London, often perceived as the UK equivalent of 'ghetto speak', and some people feign it to give themselves some street cred)

Ya! REALLY!!! I think the reaction to this is a little too much...this is ABSOLUTELY in character. That may be a ref to the parody, but we're talking about a guy who runs around screaming "I'm the unstoppable JUGGERNAUT every day..." so it's not that much of a stretch....

Wow, SHH is back. That was weird not having the hype for a while. Anyway, the kid is Lois' son from the new Superman movie. You might have seen Clark say hello to him in the Superman Returns trailer.

I also wanted to add to my post before Shh went bonkers, that the juggs likes to intimidate his opponents in the comics, I believe. So that too is another reason why saying this is in character... yep...
