Quit acting? sure that is why Evangeline Lilly is acting along side Hugh Jackman in his next movie. She never said quitting, she said she wants to write, but she never said quitting, maybe taking a break. "Only popular" of what... LOST, you can say that about all the actresses out there

all you produced were the popular choices, majority of them are already on the polls and none of them are winning either.

What I produced was a list of actresses I could see as Lois when asked by another member. I just so happen to like a couple of the popular choices around here for Lois.

Lilly and Greene are NOT bombshells. A bombshell is someone like Angelina Jolie, Monica Belluci, Penelope Cruz, Katy Perry, Nicole Sherzinger, Beyonce, etc;
Notice I'm not just naming actresses, but that's because there aren't that many bombshell actresses these days. I definitely see some up and coming bombshells, but Greene is definitely not one of them.

I don't like Ashley Greene for Lois but I wouldn't complain if she were cast. Because she has a good look for the role, and maybe Snyder can see somthing I can't. I feel the same way about Stroup. I just can't pump the fist for these girls when they just don't do anything for me as actresses. But who knows? Maybe they would knock it out the park. I just hope whoever they cast as Lois is better than Bosworth.

I've tried to give each actress a chance that I can think of, but I always go back to Ann Hathaway. Her performance in Devil Wears Prada is a performance at the level and stakes of a Lois Lane character. She pretty much nailed it and she has many other movies where she tackles multiple difficult roles with ease. If WB wants a Superman to 'break out' in the world of a new star, then they need to surround him with an advanced actress. Hathaway will make whoever our Supeman will be 10X better, guaranteed.

She obviously has no shot at the role, but her type of look is almost ideal for the character. Undoubtedly hot, but leans more towards the cute-sexy hybrid rather than the drop-dead gorgeous bombshell.

A shame her look isn't shared by many Hollywood actresses.
