She's not even that hot to me and I haven't seen anything special out of her acting wise so I'm firmly in the "I don't understand camp." Which is fine, we will agree to disagree.

Seriously, though, I'm certainly not rooting for her to get the role, but as the initial post said, I could see that her history w/Snyder could work in her favor. I've enjoyed her enough in her comedic roles, but felt she was all wrong for the more serious tone of Watchmen. As for Superman, which should have a decidedely more lighthearted fantasy adventure tone I'll say I wouldn't hate her as Lois.

Damn you guys, i didnt know who she was and googled. Now i'm scarred for life. Its like... A female and senile version of the Joker. Or Michael Jackson.

I think i've only seen her act once. From a visual perspective she's good to go, so if the verdict about her acting ability isnt out yet, i say give her an audition. Everyone deserves a break right? So we're not seriously rooting for her, just mentioning her.

However I do think Jessica Stroup looks as close to Lois as we could ever get. I dont know if she can be a good Lois or not, but damn if she doesnt scream Lois Lane with that short hair and blue eyes.

i'd love to see Stroup as Lois, but i doubt it will happen. if they're going with a lesser known for Superman they'll probably want someone who is either known or soon-to-be known for Lois and Lex.

How about you stop overacting for no reason Mrs. Mod, I said I thought she had a chance because of her history with Snyder in Watchmen. I really hope she doesn't get the part. I'm just pointing out that maybe she has a chance of getting it. As of my picture choice, you can get over it I didn't break any rules.
