I hope not. Not a big fan of heroes...however, I hate sylar, but the actor in Star Trek was pretty good.

I think she's good. I could see her as a teenage Mary Jane. But the only reason I still watch Heroes is Zachary Quinto lol. And Robert Knepper who plays Samuel.

the touchstone for the new movie will not be the 1960s comics, which were the inspiration behind the movies by raimi, who grew on up on them, but rather this past decade's "ultimate spider-man" comics by brian michael bendis and mark bagley where the villain-fighting took a back seat to the high school angst.

Where did you get the emo Peter from? LOL, Sam Raimi already did the emo Peter. If you're talking about the teenage angst part, well that's what Peter is supposed to go through. He feels guilt for the death of Uncle Ben. It doesn't mean he won't have a sense of humor or be a smart ass.

This is going to backfire so hard. Hey lets do a reboot and start something fresh guys oh lets get some really bad actors to do this though! I dont understand the thought process here other than being cheap.

Instead of paying someone like Lerman were going to be seeing some kid who has never had a lead in his life. I sat through spider man 3 in pure shock. Im going to be sitting through this laughing when its exactly like Twlight.

Won't know until whoever they cast is given that chance. There's lots of talent out there if they're willing to look for it. Known talented actors weren't always known. They were unknown at one point in time and all had to start somewhere.

I suppose not, but we're hearing that the script is really good, they have a talented writer and director so far, so as of now I'm not going to panic lol. Yeah that 80 million isn't very encouraging but at the same time it's not final either and the budget never determines the quality of a movie, never.
