Kojima has lost his ****ing mind. MGS4 story wise looks like garbage. Old snake, ****ty bosses. MGS was THE best story, gameplay and overall game iv ever played. None since, though mostly good (not Raiden) have captured the magic that was MGS. When the hell is he going to explain what Ocelots objective really is? Or have I missed it?

His objective is to take control of the PMCs to turn them against the United States/Patriots, duh. The story is pretty straight forward.

- MGS4 will be playable at TGS to the public.
- Ryan looked on message boards about things people want to see fixed after the GC trailer. 2 of the things brought up are animation and the FP view.
- There will be a new trailer and the guy who's voice you heard in the boss trailer will be in it.
- Ryan warns that you might want to skip the TGS trailer because he thinks they might be showing too much and there's some stuff he would've preferred to save and let people see when they first play it.

If anyone is going to try and pull off Snake's deep and gruff voice, Christian Bale is the man to do it. Word is, the new issue of Nuts magazine (it's a U.K. magazine -- blame the brits for the funny name), there's an interview with the Batman himself, in which he mentions that he's gunning for the role of Solid Snake in the upcoming, and hopefully Uwe Boll-less, film adaptation of Metal Gear Solid.

Can the Dark Knight also be the man in the cardboard box? Christian Bale has taken on some seriously challenging phyiscal roles (see The Machinist), so the role of Solid Snake is easily something within his grasp. Let's start the rampant speculation now! Who would be your ideal Metal Gear Solid cast, readers?

Bale's not tall enough if you ask me. Hell, I'm still opposed to his take on Batman and I liked Batman Begins! I still feel that Konami should go the way of Square Enix and make movies using CGI, that way it can remain true to the franchise and the fans.

I never got to play Portable Ops, and I'm glad I didn't buy it now that Plus is coming out. The game looks great and I really hope Gray Fox makes it in this as a playable character.
