To be fair, Jonah Hex was going to flop no matter who was in the lead role. If you had a time machine and transported 1970s Clint Eastwood to the present day and cast him as Jonah Hex, it still would have f***ing sucked.
Yup. Hex is a good character that had a VERY bad script and story. I doubt it would have been a huge hit even with improvements there, but, it certainly could have did better. I couldnt even finish watching it.

But guys - Wes Bently's sideburns! And Malkovich's electrifying performance!

I kept hoping Malkovitch would just turn to the camera and say "I'm only doing this for the paycheck." He gave one of the most phoned-in performances I've ever seen in my LIFE in that movie.

I guess you haven't seen him in Hitchhiker's Guide then.

John Malkovich for Lex Luthor?

:hehe:

It'd be nice to have an official photo of Shannon as Zod. Why do they have to wait until June 2013 to release this movie? If they wanted to move it away from December why not go for late April or early May instead and kick off the summer movie season?

"This son of ***** all night check check check!!!"

Malkovich is a great actor, but a little bit too kooky/creepy looking for Lex. As evil and villainous as Lex is, he's usually been written as having a certain charm and attractiveness. I never get that vibe from Malkovich.

Actually on Cooper I watched Limitless and I can see it. Especially at the end.

Say what you want about Transformers, but Bruce Brazos was a brilliant character.
