:wow:

I guess you're a more hardcore fan than I--I love the movie, but I wouldn't pay that kinda price for something in it.

Oh, here's a YouTube link of one of my favorite songs from it:

I'm just a casual Nightmare fan. Just got the movie and a Jack hoodie.

I saw this when it came out in 93,I'm gonna get it when it comes to Blu-Ray next year,Already have Corspe Bride...anyone realize that Burton didn't direct either one of them?

I saw it in 3D last week, it was very cool.

Burton co-directed Corpse Bride.

No, but I had a couple of the posable Jack toys from the movie's first release. I had one of him in his regular black-and-white and another in his Santa Claus outfit. I've also got a stuffed Oogie Boogie that glows in the dark. His chest is velcro and opens to reveal plastic insects.

Mad...Ive always wanted the "Pumkin King Jack" but i dont think they released him as a model...Or maybe they did...Ive never seen one though..

Anyway..What were your favourite parts of the movie?

I loved when oogie did his song and when lock, shock and barrel where doing theirs...

I saw it on its first release and then I saw it in the cinema last year in 3D, it was good but I expected it to be better - then again, I suppose they were re-animating a film that was 10 years old or so....

Anyway, I'm a massive fan I love it. The only song I don't like is Making Christmas but yeah I also love the song just after Jack gets shot down - that's my favourite part.

....Another of my favourite song is the one where jack is up in his house and everyone singing """somthings up with jack"""

I love this movie, loved it since it's original release as I was always a fan of anything Burton. One thing I will say that ruins this movie is all the loser kids of today, goth , emos, whoever, all these kids that go on and on about it and wear the merch. Most of the people who do this either werent even born when it came out or only are into it because its "cool".

I refuse to wear any clothing with the nightmare before christmas on it or own the merch.

I love your thinking!

lol Everytime I see these people I just want to punch them in the face.

Don't you?

^quite so, or better : ask them if they know Tim Burton!
Then, the victory is completely ours in front of the enemy's ignorance.

TONS!!!!

The best way to show your support for something you love is to NOT go around wearing the merch like a mindless sheep. 99.9% of the people who wear the stuff have idea zero about it and just wear it/watch it/listen to it/play it/read it...because it's deemed "cool".

ESPECIALLY goth/emo kids.

The best part is that you got all these little groups who think they are dressing "different" and "original" when in reality, they all look exactly the same as everyone else in thier group.

You ever get into an argument about clothing/fashion with these people? It's insane.

Seirously, if you love something, DON'T wear the merch but if you feel the need that you have to, MAKE IT YOURSELF!!!

Find the most obscure picture on google, save it to a disc take it to a cheap little t-shirt place and have them throw it on for 5-10 bucks. Not only is it WAY cheaper then what your *****bag friends have paid to look "trendy" but it's also a distinct shirt NO ONE ELSE will have thus causing you to stand out, even just a little bit, from the crowd.

Kids, this is only slightly illegal.

So don't get caught.

Actually, is it still copyright violation if you don't sell the shirt?

Kids, please see my rant in the Aliens vs Predator 2 thread nerds growing a pair of balls lol.

In all honesty though I dunno. I don't think so as in Toronto we have a bunch of high profile stores you can go to, select an image of something obviosuly copyrighted (the places have everything from old rock band pics like Bowie and KISS to transformers to Scott Baio) and they transfer it onto a blank shirt for you and you give them 30-50 bucks.

Yup, not only is it super gay but these places are always PACKED with *****nozzles that actually PAY those prices.
