NEW SUPER MARIO BROS.U DELUXE Gets New Trailer As The Game Becomes Available Today
New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe is finally releasing today worldwide, and it gets a brand-new trailer that showcases what this Deluxe edition of the original Wii U title has to offer.Read more

New Super Mario Bros. U
was originally released in 2012 as a launch title for the Nintendo Wii U: one of Nintendo's biggest flops in recent years. While the game was not bad by any stretch of the word, not that many people actually got to play it due to the console's poor sales; making it the perfect game to be ported to the Nintendo Switch.

Getting a similar treatment than the one Mario Kart 8 Deluxe got when it was ported to the Switch, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe has a few things that make it a better deal for players who missed out on this fantastic game — while also adding a few extras for players who already played the original game.

Now that New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe has become available today, Nintendo has released a brand-new trailer showcasing some of the new features that this Deluxe edition of the original Wii U title has to offer. For starters, the game is now including New Super Luigi U, which is a far more challenging version of the original game with redesigned levels.

While New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe keeps its couch co-op multiplayer features intact, the game is also adding Nabbit and Toadette as playable characters — with Nabbit serving as the game's easy mode since he's virtually invincible to enemies(although bottomless pits could still be an issue) — adding some much welcomed variety.

Check it out:

Take on two family-friendly, side-scrolling adventures with up to three friends* as you try to save the Mushroom Kingdom. Includes the New Super Mario Bros. U and harder, faster New Super Luigi U games—both of which include Nabbit and Toadette as playable characters!

New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe is available for the Nintendo Switch today.

Darksiders-Warmastered-Edition_01-30-19.jpg

Darksiders: Warmastered Edition is coming to Switch.

The news comes via a trailer uploaded to THQ Nordic’s media server. That being said, the release date is currently unknown as a press release has yet to go out.

The remastered version of the original Darksiders first launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in November 2016, followed by Wii U in May 2017.

Here is an overview of the game, via its Steam page:

About

Deceived by the forces of evil into prematurely bringing about the end of the world, War – the first Horseman of the Apocalypse – stands accused of breaking the sacred law by inciting a war between Heaven and Hell. In the slaughter that ensued, the demonic forces defeated the heavenly hosts and laid claim to the Earth.

Brought before the sacred Charred Council, War is indicted for his crimes and stripped of his powers. Dishonored and facing his own death, War is given the opportunity to return to Earth to search for the truth and punish those responsible.

Hunted by a vengeful group of Angels, War must take on the forces of Hell, forge uneasy alliances with the very demons he hunts, and journey across the ravaged remains of the Earth on his quest for vengeance and vindication.

Key Features

  • Apocalyptic Power – Unleash the wrath of War, combining brutal attacks and supernatural abilities to decimate all who stand in your way.
  • Extreme Arsenal – Wield a devastating arsenal of angelic, demonic and Earthly weapons; and blaze a trail of destruction atop Ruin, War’s fiery phantom steed.
  • Epic Quest – Battle across the wastelands and demon-infested dungeons of the decimated Earth in your quest for vengeance and redemption.
  • Character Progression – Uncover powerful ancient relics, upgrade your weapons, unlock new abilities, and customize your gameplay style.
  • Battle Heaven and Hell – Battle against all who stand in your way – from war-weary angelic forces to Hell’s hideous demon hordes.

Xbox Live Coming to Nintendo Switch? - The Rundown

1.2K views 9 hours ago Published on 02/05/2019
#PlayForever #Nintendo #Xbox Official EPN Merch is available at EPN.tv/Merch The video game industry might be on the verge of a massive change. Microsoft is apparently planning to bring Xbox Live to other platforms like the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices. That's according to a talk that Microsoft has scheduled at the Game Developers Conference next month. According to the talk's original description, Microsoft is working on new software that will allow Xbox Live to function on the Switch, iOS, Android, and other third-party platforms, which means you won't need an Xbox console or PC in order to play Xbox games. Microsoft has since taken down the listing, but if the news is true, expect an official announcement soon. Microsoft has already announced a new cloud streaming platform called Project xCloud, which will bring some Xbox One games to mobile devices later this year.

I really don't understand the move of putting X-box Live on the Switch.

I've never had an Xbox, so I don't fully understand what Xbox Live does, though.

Same tbh. I guess Xbox needed some good publicity? Idk I guess we do live in odd times

Oh yeah, about time. 35 minutes, so getting some good stuff. Can't wait to see more of Fire Emblem.

Can’t wait! Should be ready by the time I leave for work tomorrow

Starting off with Mario Maker 2. With the cat suit!!! June 2019.

Ultimate Alliance 3 in Summer.

Mario Maker 2 in June! So hyped for that. I can now pack up my Wii U, as that was the only game I still play regularly on the system.

Can't wait!
