FYI: Rogue didn't express Ms. Marvel's sixth sense power. She also didn't express her talent of costume transformation.

I remember Rogue using the sixth sense power at least once. Nightcrawler was testing it in the DR. He kept teleporting all around her, tickling her I think, untill her sixth sense kicked in and she instinctively hit him where he next teleported too.
I can't remember where I saw this. I know it exists, though.

Apparently she didn't use it enough or effectively. Sentinels smacked her. Juggernaut smacked her. Even Sabretooth got the drop on her.

You can see her that way currently if you read X-Men: The End. In The End Rogue has regained Ms. Marvel's powers and she's finally learned how to control her absorbing power but, it doesn't say why.
