Cool avatar chamber-music. Bedlam was one of the few things to really benefit from Counter X. I didn't care about him before that and loved him when X-Force ended (well, turned into the group that became X-Statix). Sadly, besides a quick cameo during the X-Statix team's tenure on the book, his next appearance was crucified on the X-Men's front lawn.

Such a waste of potential :(

is storm supposed to sound the way she did in the 90's cartoon? her voice when using her powers always annoyed me
haha, I dont know but everytime I imagine the character's voiced when reading, the TAS is always my frame of reference

Seeing Jesse Bedlam and Skin get done in like that sucked. I thought X-Man/ X-Force/ Generation X were just getting good again when they were cancelled. Think they atleast had another couple years worth of stories in them.

I agree. I wasn't huge on X-Man's new direction but at least the storytelling was good. Generation X was a HUGE improvement over the last year or two of stories. X-Force was the most far fetched and while I didn't much care for the stories I thought it really did a great job with Bedlam and Pete Wisdom.

For as much as I enjoyed the Holy War arc that Austen did, the off-panel deaths of Bedlam and Skin ticked me off like mad.

Yeah, the 90s TAS X-Men series really defined how Storm sounds in my head. Similarly, Norm Spencer from the 90s TAS X-Men will alway sbe the voice of Cyclops I hear in my head.

Has there been news on Steve Rogers having his own mini again or an ongoing while Bucky still "wields the shield"?

Nothing official, but in the latest solicitations (April) for Cap, it seems Steve will be officially 'co-staring' in that book, and odds are Steve will be back as Cap sooner rather than later. If Thor's whole relaunching deal is any real indication, he'll definitely have a book in some way or form soon.

He does? He's always seemed Mid 30's to me. Course first time I read anything with him in it he was well past his impulsive *****e bag status. By then he was just an impatient *****e bag.

Either way he's the same age as his sister. They're both likely a few years older than Spidey so, early to mid 30's.

Well if you had permament PMS (Pietro Maximoff syndrome) you'd be a dick too :p

In the meantime, Secret Avengers is basically a Steve Rogers series. He and Sharon Carter are front and center every single issue, with the rest of the team treated as little more than guest stars.

How many love interests has Scarlet Witch had?

How many love interests has Scarlet Witch had?

She married Vision, was involved with Wonder Man for a while, and slept with Hawkeye a couple years ago. She's currently engaged to Doctor Doom. If the First Class comics are canon (and they could go either way), she secretly dated Angel for a while.

She and Cap kissed in Captain America and the Falcon, but I believe that was revealed to be her messing with reality somehow, so it may not actually have happened.

Also, she has that whole vaguely incestuous codependence thing with Quicksilver going on...

I always got the impression they just had that creepy twin thing in the 616 universe. It didn't start to feel like incest until the Ultimate universe.

I always felt like Pietro totally would if he could and Wanda let him hang around because she didn't have the heart to tell him she's not into that particular kind of deviancy. I never thought anything actually happened between them in the 616 universe, though.

Going by Childrens Crusade wasn't the Wanda Hawkeye slept with a robot?

Thats why I prefer Pietro's relationship with Lorna as its nice and healthy.

Yeah, because he didn't know she was his sister for like forever. If he had... watch out, Havok. :oldrazz:

I thought the Avengers made you F*** a robot as an initiation before joining anyway

Seriously, who in the Avengers hasn't boinked a robot?

Who has? I can only think of Wanda (the Vision), Ms. Marvel (the Vision again), and Hank Pym (Jocasta). Did I somehow miss the robot-f***ing era of Avengers history?

Let's just say there was an orgy involving Vision, Jocasta, Ultron, Machine Man, HERBIE, Bastion, Victor Mancha, the Original Human Torch, and about half a dozen LMDs.

I'm actually afraid to do that Google Image search.
