"He had his involvements with females, sure, just as women who eventually decided they were lesbians had involvements with men that they ultimately considered unfulfilling." David points out, "at this point, at least the way I'm writing him, he's fully committed to the gay lifestyle. He's become honest about it both with others and himself."
It was more than brainwash. She was psychologically bonded to him and the process trapped her in her lupine phase for a couple of years. Out of all the New Mutant kids, she's probably had the toughest life since Xavier took her in, probably second only to Illyana who literally spent her childhood in hell.Wasn't she kidnapped by Pre-Maggie Genosha guards and brainwashed into being Havoks love obsessed slave as well?
Why does everyone care so much about recreating the Super Soldier serum? I mean, it's great, Cap is truly phenomenal, but it seems to me that Spider-Man is, physically speaking, capable of doing all the things Cap can much better than he can, plus a couple other neat things on top of that. Why isn't everyone scrambling to recreate Spider-Man instead?
Because very few people know how Spider-Man was created in the first place? Hell, does Peter even know the exact circumstances? We know it was a radioactive spider that bit him, but you'd have to figure out how to recreate the radioactive spider, and I imagine it's gotta be tough to douse a spider with a healthy dose of radiation without killing it. What kind of radiation was it, anyway?
Good point. Spidey's creation was a completely fluke unlike Cap's which was a science project with actual data and planning behind it
Really, the government would have an easier time headhunting mutants. Which they do.

Oh god. I never thought about it before, but with Rahne's extremely religious background and hangups about sex, that romp with Rictor probably was her first time. Yikes. No wonder she initially had such a big problem with Ric turning out to be gay, despite it never coming up with any of the half dozen other gay X-Men she knew.
