Seeing as the DLC is seperate, and the songs won't transfer over, I feel that a thread for this game would be handy. And besides, it's the god damn Beatles. Anyway....

The official release date for PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360 is Sept. 9th, and The official website for the game can be accesed right here. If you have the game pre-ordered from anywhere, you'll get a code to access the pre-order club, and get info, videos, etc. before they hit the news sites.

The special edition will come with a replica of Paul McCartneys Hofner Bass, and Ringo's Pearl Ludwig Drums:

And being sold seperately are replicas of John Lennons Rickenbacker 325 Guitar, and George Harrisons Gretsch Duo Jet Guitar:

They will be selling the guitars seperately for $100 each, no word yet on the drums or bass being sold alone though, from what I can see.

The entire set list was released in the September issue of Game Informer, and is as follows...

The entire Abbey Road album will be coming at a later date as DLC on all platforms, rumored to be within a month of launch. Coming after that will be Rubber Soul and Sgt. Speaking of the New York Times article, here are a couple articles about the game...

Mines, better f**k that thread.

No, it's not. Especially after I cut and paste everything from your post into my thread :oldrazz:

EDIT: And it's done. This thread is officially worse now.

As long as you give me credit (and keep my formatting, that took a lot of work!) I'm fine with that :)
