The shot with him running towards the camera is when Harry disappears back to Hogwarts by summoning the TriWizard Cup. The shot of him firing is wand is the priori incantatum, and if you pause it you can see the death eaters in the BG. The battle in OotP takes place in the lobby area of the Ministry of Magic. I am 99.9% sure that is GoF footage.
