Its London, England. Harry Potter is set in the real Great Britian. The wizarding world keeps itself hidden from the "muggle" world. But, they still exist in the muggle world, including London.

Thanks alot thats what i figured but its just we have never seen anything but Hogwarts, The Dark Forest or The Durleys community at night. I mean it looked like New York City with the bright lights.

I was thinking how the Weasley twins would be a pretty likely choice for whoever suggests the Room of Requirement for the D.A. meetings. I would prefer to see them suggest it, anyway, instead of Hermione. So, just a thought...

I figure it could be explained they used the room to store items they didn't want other to find or something to that extent. An example would be when Harry hid his potions book in HPB.

God i hope they play hedwigs theme more in this movie. and not a remixed doyleesque version of it. i want the real thing the original hedwigs theme as composed by John williams.

i love originality but its such a good theme and its been lacking in the past movies.

That could actually work, I wouldn't mind seeing that actually. At least it makes sense. Having Hermione find out about the ROR in Hogwarts: A History or whatever would be ridiculous. In fact, if Kloves was writing this movie, then chances are this is what would happen.
