I think the movies were pretty damn good so far, other then them being a bit too long and boring at times

I only say it because there wasn't an underlying threat or plot like in the other books. The Half Blood Prince mystery, wasn't really emphasised too much, negating the whole mystery aspect. It was more about Horcruxes and Voldemorts past. Very interesting as a book, but not terribly exciting as a movie.

I think they should really emphasize that the Half-Blood Prince mystery is ignored by Harry. For once Hermione deserves an over emphasized role in the sense that she should be focused on solving the mystery. The fact that Harry used it without knowing what it was was a sign of his immaturity.

Why not?

Because modern audiences, allegedly, are only interested in watching overblown sex and big CGI explosions of course. :cwink:

Okay, I actually agree with you on this. I haven't read HBP more than once, but I remember Hermione wanting to examine the book a few times, and Harry didn't really care about the potential dangerous of using the book. Such as, when he lifted Ron into the air in the dormitory, and when he "attacked" Malfoy in the bathroom without knowing what those spells did beforehand. So I'm sure Kloves can over emphasize on Hermione's role without, hopefully, without ignoring some other important aspects of the story.

Personally, I'm rooting for Order of the Phoenix to be a great movie. And I would love for Half-Blood Prince to be even greater.

Order of the Phoenix will be a success, even if you ("Matt") still are a titty baby about it or not....quit being sooo immature and do something productive! Daniel Radcliffe was making more $$$ off of his performance than what you have being making off of you whining, so I guess you should stop losing sleep over the fact that he's a decent actor and you're just an average middle school child.
Order of the Phoenix seems to be great, so quit being so negative and go do something with your life. I can't wait for the movie to hit theaters! I have a busy schedule next semester of College, so I'll be happy to see it after all my classes are done!

a lot of these kids in the movie grew up to be quite fugly :o

anyone agree? especially ron and some others.

I do agree with you, Ron/Rupert Grint is no matinee idol.

Radcliffe is looking a little too thick in the neck to be playing skinny, not-muscular Harry Potter! :oldrazz:

whats that got to do with his opinion, which you talk about on Public message boards?

He can feel however the hell he wants about Radcliffe, I am emphasizing that he can't come to a public message board however, and get upset when he hears an opinion he doesn't like.

Umm, then you can get over my posting and stop replying to everything I say with "If you don't like it go away".

Tha boy's becoming a maaayun.

And Hermoine is starting to look like the average english chick, if you catch my drift. And that wasn't a compliment. :o

Emma Watson is just an average looking 16 year old. I don't get how people can say she's gorgeous. She's kinda cute, but the word gorgeous is way too strong of a word to describe her. You walk down the street in England and you will see loads of girls who look just like her. She's nothing special.
