That is possible I guess, they were said to be constantly changing Abomb, it's possible the design changed quite drastically (with ears hopefully) when the toys went into production.

But Leterrier did say they are keeping the ears but have changed them. Like Kirmit said, they were changing the design of Abomination to improve it and the toy manufacturers just created one of the early designs submitted to them.

Another thing backing up that this isn't Abombs final design is the colour, didn't AD's source confirm abomb is a shade of green, not crap brown.

True, I mean the Megatron and Starscream toys last year were the wrong colours. Hasbro recently had to bring out revised editions of the Transformers to be more accurate, eg. Prime's sword.

Hmmm, the figure itself looks better than the artists rendition, but I still think it sucks.

Don't like the bony knuckles- they remind me of Doomsday, and without ears he looks firkin weird... it makes him look like a tortoise.

...ugh, why they have to mess him up.

Gah, well, I suppose it'll have to do. I'm sure he'll look great on screen, but that figure could have been much better.

Hopefully they'll be more than one Abomination figure.

I'd of much preferred classic abomb onscreen but given the choice out of that figurine and the image in the bottom right, I'd go for the image on the bottom right for abombs look.
