OH wait! [slaps head] Silly me, he's married.
You're lucky! Count your blessings my friend.
You would think. But... nope, had those too. The ones who insist he isn't really married at all are also very amusing.

Pat isnt your site for fans of Metallo??? ;) :p
LOL! Yeah, it is.

Trip, got it, read it, understood. I'm out the door now though, so I won't be able to respond till later. Not sure how much I can help ya - my guy doesn't attract *those* kind of heathen, thank goodness. They're just "crazy" (in a good sort of way.) Not sure if that makes any sense, but I'm sure James understands what I mean. People can be "out there" without being a threat, y'know?

Anyhoo, I gots to run. I'll be back latah! :)

OMG! I just had to respond - I got one from somebody who INSISTED he (my guy) WAS married - with kids no less.

"Um... NO lady. He's DEFINITELY *not* married. Now go take your meds."

LOL

I'm out the door!

Let's make a deal. Next time someone asks if John's married, say yes, to Tom Welling. I'll do vice versa. ;)

Your site won't open for me, by the way. 403 error.

Anyhoo.

Is Triplet asking Pat about the same thing I was asked about? Fun stories to tell.

Yep... still blocked.

Got. To. Get. Inspired.

Does anyone know if the next mag is out Ksite says it is but Borders still has the last one?

One emailed me repeatedly (six times in an hour) asking for Tom's address, phone number, and email. I ended up telling her to f' off. I felt terrible.

As well you should.. I was very hurt. Next time I'll try 8 times an hour.

;)

Man, this weekend just flew (no pun intended LOL). Should have spent time here yesterday than over "there," but I'm back, and I'm back to stay. I think it's best for everybody that I save my snark for this side of the fence. ;)

I'll see what I can think of regarding your project, but most of my e-mail anecdotes from overzealous fans are more eye-roll worthy than scary, if you know what I mean? People send song lyrics, photos of themselves, telephone numbers and home addresses - that sort of stuff. If anything, THEY are the ones putting themselves in potential harms' way by sending that kind of stuff, y'know?

HAH!!! Too funny. I bet each group wouldn't even know the other celeb. It's an age thing.

Then again, here *I* am... so ya never know.

Yeah, I realized that just as I was closing up on Friday. Called my web host to fix it, and found that the company had been sold to another company whose hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday. Gah!!! I left a message. To this moment (mind you, it's 10pm on Sunday night), the default pointers are still not set.

I will be taking the site down soon anyway, but incompetence drives me up a wall.

Is Triplet asking Pat about the same thing I was asked about? Fun stories to tell.
Yeah, but like I said above, I don't think my stories are going to be "usable" in context with Trip's project.

Well, I don't need scary necessarily but anything that points to love obsessive type behavior.

Love Obsessives think they have a romantic relationship with the object of their obsession. You know, "you're my soul-mate" type of stuff.

I got a lot of research stuff on the larger issues, stuff on particular types of behavior, but not much on exact verbiage... That's what I'm looking for.

Lack of a better place to post this. You guys know the drill. ;)

Here's an excerpt of a story about soldier's sources for entertainment while stationed in Iraq...

"In the space of an average American living room, 18 Marines played with, listened to or watched nine different devices.

[Marine Cpl. Chad] Clark and five other Marines watched a season's worth of the Superman TV series "Smallville," yelling in teased frustration at the seductive cliffhanger endings to each show."

Wow. That's pretty cool.

Shows what they know!!! Smallville's NOT a Superman show. He doesn't even wear a cape and it's not set in Metropolis!!! Duh!

Put a vote in for Hulk; I think he's been around the longest.

Wow. That's pretty cool.

That's awesome. I hope they have the other two seasons to watch.. not that I want them there long enough to watch them all. :(

<----official Army brat. Gotta real soft spot for GI's stationed overseas.

I wonder if I can find out about whether or not they have the other seasons?

Tom may be starring in Columbia's remake of The Fog. I'm going out in a while so I can't bothered to type it all again... check my site for more details. :)

Hmm I wish the best for Tom but I don't wanna see him break off into film toooo much yet cause I'd like another 2-3 seasons of smallville.

Hmm. My first impression was yuck. I'm not a big fan of horror pictures, particularly teenage slasher ones. I don't even watch that kind of tripe when it hits HBO. I know they're popular films and do quite well at the B.O. though, which might explain why Welling was even interested in such a roll. And if he does this one, it IS as the star, but still. I wish it was something more... oh, I dunno, cinematically substantial.

That said, I'll be first in line to see the pic if he does it. So there's one ticket sale towards the first w/e B.O. tally that can be completely attributed to casting. *ahem*

I haven't ever seen it but I heard it was very scary. I don't think it's a slasher teen thing. I looked up the discription on Amazon. I think it's probably a good move career wise. I don't watch R-rated scary movies but I'll have to be brave.

Ditto. What I meant by "slasher" is just as you described it: an R-rated film that is such because of its violence. I'm not into that kind of stuff At. All. I HATE those kind of films. Really, really do. But I'd see this one in the theaters and watch it behind upraised palms - or something. LOL

I have to stress though, I'd ONLY go BECAUSE Tom was in it.
