Can't wait!

I'm just fanatic enough that not only do I TiVO the ep, but I still throw in a videotape back up!

Just can't take any chances.. if I missed it, I'd likely hurt someone. ;)

I'm the same way. I take my phone off the hook, have dinner already prepared, and make sure I start my work-out as SOON as I get home from work so I have time for any last minute emergencies. When 8 o'clock rolls around, I am SOOO not available. The house could be burning down, and I'd be like - "WAIT, the fire hasn't reached the living room yet; we still have time..."

LOL!!!

Oh yeah? Well I was harrassing non-SV watchers at work today with my gushing about Clark in bondage! I'm pretty sure they think I'm totally nuts. ;)

I've been watching this season's eps three or four times (I think I watched Trans five times) before I delete them from the TiVO....

I've got them marked to not delete automatically too... got bitten by that a couple of times in the past and don't want to take any chances with my SV eps.

I may keep this one around for more than five viewings, if it's as good as it looks.

;)

rewatching sv eps is a must for me, first i see it on tv with my online sv buddie, then i see it a couple more times next day :D

and after the tape is full, I make my own smallville tape boxes :p

My father thinks he's so funny, he calls me every wednesday 5 mins into the show to remind me its on. I used to answer the phone, now I don't. and my mom calls me 10 mins before the show wraps up, not everytime, but enough. I don't even check who's calling on the caller ID anymore when the show is on. I dont care, Smallville is on, the rest of the world is dead to me.

One time my roomie kept calling me throughout the whole show...a bunch of times, I never answered it. she finally calls back 30 mins after it was over. turns out she locked her keys in the car.....dead of winter, and super freezing out. I then went to pick her up, it took her a few hours to unthaw. Do I feel bad about that?

Don't make me laugh.

Get TiVO.... you can pause live TV and rewind bits you want to see again, like instant replay.

It's a wonderful thing.

I've been recording mine in SVHS mode, 2 eps per tape, and keep 'em till the DVDs come out. The show is just WAY too good not to have archived somewhere. :D

HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! Best. Story. Ever!

See! This is why I take my phone off the hook. Whatever it is, it can wait an hour. :D

I won't answer the phone or let my family eat popcorn (I think it's too loud ) Plus I do a back up tape. But I like to wait for the DVD's for rewatching because I can play them on my giant 60" widescreen HDTV with surround sound. If you guys lived closer I'd invite a you over. BTW I have no money just priorities lol...

Hey.. I was just wishing for one of those over in the Talon thread. :)

So, first SV convention.. at Lara's house! :D

Caught one of the Judging Amy ep's with TW tonight, after watching Spell...

He was really good.

Tom Welling can't act? Bah! The man has talent.

His scenes were charming and he was so flirty, confident and sexy. So totally not like Clark. (Well, except for the sexy part... ;) )

I can see why his three ep arc was extended.

(Had to fast forward past the A, B, C and D storylines, however.... I'm not sure I'm a fan of that show. Way too much goin' on in an ep and they're all about trying too hard to be meaningful... I hate that kind of show. And did they really relegate TW to the E storyline? Yikes.)

It's funny. My wife caught "JA" on tv in the afternoon and called me at work saying "When was Clark Kent on Judging Amy?"

Did she like him in the ep?

Yeah. Actually she said he was so different, that it was weird. She said, and I quote, "He sounds like Clark, looks like Clark, walks like Clark, but doesn't act like Clark!" (exclamation hers ;))

Those episodes actually got me liking the show. I've watched all the reruns now. My sis was a social worker for CPS the stuff she went through was horrible. I tried being a foster mom the system sucks. I wish he had time to guest star now on other drama's so more people could see him.

Hmmm. I'm not one for doom and gloom, but some of this news from K-Site doesn't sound too good as it relates to SV...

"I love the Clark and Lana love story but it's definitely played itself out. It's time to move on for everybody. This year is all about the pay-off. It's our last year of high school so we get to deal with all kinds of interesting stuff."

And...

Issue #11 of DC Comics' Smallville comic book, which hits comic book stores today, featured an announcement on the issue's last page that the bimonthly series is over. However, DC does plan on bringing it back as a series of special editions designed to tie in with events that take place on the show.

That quote was specifically about Clark and Lana...so I'm not sure she meant it how it sounds. I stopped buying the comic book after the magazine came out.

How did this thread get trumped by the "Tom Welling Should Have Been Superman" thread?

That one already has 1000 posts?!
