Any way, one of the last things you see is James Marsden knelt down to do the Scene in the Blackbird (or whatever they call it in the movie) The part where he is knelt in front of the Professor crying and talking to Jean begging her not to do it.
In that moment Patrick Stewart kissed him dead on the lips. They didn't leave the camera on that exact scene for very long but you can tell by the expression on Jimmy's face in that split second that it was completely unexpected, and actually really kind of funny.
The thing I was thinking about was how do you keep in character for such a serious scene and have like one of the masters of acting kiss you and try to break your concentration? How do you get back in the moment?
