All I want is a damn Masterpiece Starscream. Why oh why must I have a Wal-Mart that is an utter piece of s#!t.

At least it's out in your country. God knows when (or even if) it'll get a release over here. Might just suck it up & buy one off eBay...

Don't s'pose one of you kind blokes from across the pond would fancy picking up a Masterpiece Starscream from Wal-Mart, would you? I've been looking around on eBay & they seem to be going for about $40-50 with about $25 P&P (to the UK). I don't know if that's good or not, but I'd be happy to offer whoever on here the same. I'd rather give one of you guys my money than some random of eBay anyway.

My guess is that they ether bought them in bulk and got them a bit cheeper then the rest of us......or that they have a emploie discount when paying.

I have nether.The retail price for the figure is $49.usd and then they add a
8 1/4 % sales tax which brings it to just about $54.usd.

For cheeper shipping all they have to do is pack it with as little protective packing matirails to make the box liter and it ships for less.

I use lots of paper to protect the figure durring shipping.Ask lars573 about how much paper was in the box I sent his MP Starscream in.

The toy alone is just about 3lbs. but when I pack it it almost about 4lbs.

And if they use the cheepest shipping service avalible which has no insurance its a lot cheeper to ship.

Its also possible that they bought so many before X-mas to sell them at a much higher rate that they dont have a choice but to sell them cheeper now.

Ok, just bought one on eBay for $59 (£29.86) with $24 (£12) P&P. Not bad considering online UK retailers are selling it for around £80-90.

I've paid roughly £41.86 for mine & UK sellers want £80-90. Which is about $157-177. No...f**king...way!

Well if the guy you bought it from shipps with inssurance then you did pretty good.I could have saved you on the figure but shipping from me would have cost you more.Ither way its good that you got one.

Prowl & Sunstreaker are must buys so far for me. Onslaught is a maybe right now & Powerglide & Octane are no's. Unless the final products turn out amazing.

Is it just me, or do these series 2 figures look alot more detailed & complicated (the way they transform) compared to series 1?

From Hasbro's official TF site now less. On the complexity side they aren't that much different than the first run. EDIT: Also Onslaught and Powerglide are Ultra class (bigger than voyagers, smaller than leaders) As for details the lack of colur and dull gray of the proto's show up the details better than a coloured version.

Ok, now they look more like TF Classics.

Onslaught is still a maybe though for me. Have to see it in person I guess before I decide. Looks good though. Sunstreaker looks awesome painted up.
