Huh...so it appears extra skins are viewable in the cutscenes. I'm using Leon's RCPD uniform and it doesn't revert back to the default skin in cutscenes. That's pretty cool.

They should bring back Rebecca for like Re8. And please have a female lead in Re8.

Ashley's "ballistics" in that outfit :hrt:

Do these animated films mean anything to the future videogames? I have seen them and I don't think they do. They just feel so extraneous. Like of course before re7 they were in another outbreak situation but it doesn't affect future stories in the series.

So IMO Capcom should just make a 3D film of the earlier games and the numbered games. That would be more enjoyable than these Degeneration/Damnation/Vendetta films and the live action RE movies.

I mean, did it affect Re6 that we need to watch that movie? I don't think so. Those films are extraneous and adds nothing to the videogames. I feel like Capcom are just releasing them for easy cash grab by attaching iconic Re characters in the game and thinking fans would buy them instantly. But if we are gonna look at the big picture of the series, they mean nothing. Its always about the numbered games and a few others. So IMO, they should just make animated film versions of the games. Well they are already doing remakes, so why not?

the only thing it show were the new bow's and it was a lead in to the new conspiracy of the new antagonist that had yet to be shown. and that parts of umbrella were in a civil war of sorts cause they were becoming their own thing. which explains the end of the game in 6.

Well, if they're doing remakes, why do you need yet another retelling of a retelling of a story lol. The CGI movies are just fun little stories with some of the RE character staples. Don't think about them as much more than that.

I just feel like the games would be good for a film narrative that you just can sit back and watch which you won't get in videogames since there's gameplay involved.

there are some publishers that are doing this thing that are doing that like with god eater which is one of the rivals to monster hunter that just released a short series of 12 episode in anime form and they did the same blaz blue now a full on movie the only that sort done that are digimon adventures for the first series there are few. digimon also has it's own thing where that's involved though it's ether seperate or they do some thing that are game related.

and there was the king Glave CGI movie that does what you say tell the tale of the game well the first part of the game of FF XV.

oh I almost forgot the persona series which is doing both anime episodes and movies of the actual games. The latter of which is with personsa 3 they also had on of 4 golden inthe works but I don't know what happened with the English dubbing of that. but they did do the anime episode of p4 so it's likely the golden version will be an extended telling of the anime series of p4 which has been out on bluray package form for a while.

there are also monster hunter anime series that are half way dubbed and coming to blue ray this year. there may be a movies series.

But it depends on the makers of the games series and if they want it done in that form for people that might not get to play the game, But might get interested through it to try it as game or if they never touch the game they get the same results. almost.

Were those movies good?

As a fan ofRe, I think it would be just fun to binge watch Re0 to 7 (plus CV) , in a length of a two hour movie and without all the extra stuff. Like I watch fan edits on youtube and I wish Capcom would just do a movie version.

the persona ones yes. both the anime series and movies. most the movies aren't dubbed yet so I'll have to get back on you on that. blazblue the anime series was short but did alot for people that didn't know it. still waiting of if they will get other seasons.

Ijust got the god eater anime with is 12 episode and sofar it's doing well it's dark series but it's doing what it's supposed to do. I have yet to see king glave for FFXv I'm playing the game . I'll get around to it though.

digi mon as I said where it's anime and movies go are covering a large base. I've seen most of the none game series and they are ok. there was the movie that came out last year that had people grow up with the series. I wasn't able to see it in theaters. so I'll catch it on blue ray I guess.

it depends I some time watch certain anime series when normal tv fails and it's been happening alot of late. my youngest sister join me and my buddies for marathons and there'a alot of good series and some time's movies that do good. that doesn't mean all of them are good . I'm a picky person.

and I select only good series. and do alot of research on my own since I have cousins just getting into college doing the same of late

if I remeber there was a series called bal;ck lagoon that look like some that would fit into the marvel verse well cause the island it on the show reannapoor which was alot like mandrpoor filled with criminals . heck there are alot of things that would fit into marvel . a simple magical index and a scientific rail gun show alot of where X-men should have went with it's science side characters. but show were some what inspired marvel and went their own way. it's very interesting.

[FONT=&quot]After scheduling their E3 2017 conference, Bethesda went on to tease that they were working on three games, with two being "bigger than anything" they developed before. It was considered that one of the games from Bethesda could be a sequel to The Evil Within, also known as Psycho Break, which was published by Bethesda. Job listings from Tango Gameworks, the studio behind Evil Within, appeared last year supporting this idea.
An image, which has been detailed as containing a private job description "for positions of translating and Q&A bug reporting for Psycho Break 2, aka Evil Within 2" has been leaked (via NeoGaf). The source has not been verified, however, it is very likely that this listing is accurately suggesting Evil Within 2.
Without confirmation from Bethesda or Tango, take the news as a rumor and liberally rub salt on it.

The Evil Within released in October 2014 and was the second best-selling game in the UK on all platforms during the week of its release. It was the third best-selling game of October 2014 in the United States.

Fathom Events, Park Circus, and Sony Pictures Announced on Monday that the upcoming Resident Evil: Vendetta CG-animated film will open in theaters in the United States and Canada on June 19 for one night only. Tickets in Canada will go on sale on March 24 and tickets in the United States will go on sale on March 32.

The film, based on CAPCOM's Resident Evil (Biohazard) horror game franchise, will open in Japanese theaters on May 27. It is the third CG-animated film for the franchise, after 2008's Resident Evil: Degeneration and 2012's Resident Evil: Damnation.

The film will have a completely original story, and will feature characters from multiple games in the series. CAPCOM producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi (Resident Evil 4, Sengoku Basara) is supervising the project. The English dub cast includes Matthew Mercer as Leon S. Kennedy, Kevin Dorman as Chris Redfield and Erin Cahill as Rebecca Chambers .
Takanori Tsujimoto (The Next Generation -Patlabor-, Ultraman X) is directing the film at Marza Animation Planet, with a script by Makoto Fukami (Psycho-Pass, School-Live!). Kenji Kawai (Patlabor, Ghost in the Shell) is composing the music. Takashi Shimizu (Ju-on, live-action Kiki's Delivery Service) is credited as executive producer. Kenji Shibasaki is handling the sound design, Hiroyasu Shinohara is producing, Kosei Sugimoto is the associate producer, and Kei Miyamoto is the co-producer.

In a collaboration between the film and Italian motorcycle company Ducati, Resident Evil: Vendetta will feature a scene in which Leon fends off an enemy riding Ducati's newest model, the XDiavel.
