New puzzles, locations for items, improving the story, and fixing Annette's character are necessary to me. And I hope Capcom are willing to keep the two different plots, cause different possible endings was a stamp in the old games.

Not a fan of RE2 remake's facial models (I don't like Nero's head/face/hair in DMC5 either), but it looks promising otherwise.

Honestly, the black Cop looked the best. Leon sometimes looks iffy in certain shots, and Claire just looks unrecognizable to me.

Marvin Branagh is the name of the black cop. And Leon kinda looks like how Leonardo DiCaprio from that year did.

Leon looks very much like on the portrait in the item menu in the original RE2 (or concept art).
Marvin looks great. Sherry looks great too. Zombies look FANTASTIC and that damage system that opens holes and tears off limbs and stuff.
Claire looks off and her costume sucks.
The game clearly needs more polishing, because there visible bizarre behavior of textures, DOF and so on. Animation needs some tweaking too.

What do we know about the game so far? Has there been any talk if this supports co-op or not? As much as I like the Resident Evil franchise, I am too chicken to actually play them by myself. ='D

It looks good. However when will Capcom let us choose camera views/options (traditional/3rd person/1st person). I want the traditional camera.

I hope they included original music too. That main hall theme is one of most memorable soundtracks in games for me.
