Well, maybe. But we don't know for sure that the Riddler's actually in this thing.
It's just as much an infringement of the policy as the "Iconic Riddler Imagery" thread is. It just indicates the Riddler will be in the movie. Is this thread title considered a infringement of the new spoiler policy?

1) there are multiple threads about this topic, and,If what we are hearing is true and farmer Ted is playing the Riddler. How do you think this is going to work in the plot. Does anyone see him as an associate with the Joker, Two-Face, or Scarecrow? Or is he on his own and just merly introduced ala Dr. Conners. How much screen time do you think he will have? Post some ideas and thoughts.
i don't see how it could since no one knows if Riddler is even in the movie. Is this thread title considered a infringement of the new spoiler policy?
With Eric Roberts saying that a lot of his role is "We have to get rid of this bat-guy" I'm thinking that the Riddler is a mob-intelligence officer of some sort like in the Long Hallowe'en, commissioned by Maroni to try and find out who Batman is and take him down.
Although that's a complete shot in the dark and doesn't explain why AMH is saying he shoots scenes with Morgan Freeman.

now that is truly a slippery slope.LOL... this is already so beyond absurd.

i don't see the problem. can a spoiler be a spoiler if it's nothing but speculation by a poster that is then emailed to someone's blog that in turn posts it as "rumor says..."? there sure seems to be a lot of hand holding going on.But the thread title implies we do. People might glance over the title and see it. They wont want to ruin things further by reading the thread itself, thus will never see that it's just speculation.
