It will eventually happen. They replaced him with a CGI version during ROTS to test the technology. George seemed to like it a lot.

That's the only change to a major character I wouldn't mind. TPM Yoda puppet looked really bad. If they touch Yoda in ESB or ROTJ, they might as well just kick Frank Oz in the balls.
