I wish Vaughn stayed on. . . or at least, appointed a worthy successor. . . one that could get issues on bloody time.

Hey, watch your talkin' bout. He's Joss bloody Whedon!

And Joss bloody Whedon can't get a comic book written on time.

seems to get Buffy out pretty quickly from what I hear.

Indeed, but I don't think it's really worth this wait. This, and Astonishing X-Men.

I certainly dont think he should have done both at the same time.

I really like the cover to the latest issue though I don't think it will be explained too well.

Personally, I disliked the fact that Colossus returned.

Though, I am a stickler to the "dead means dead' thing. Of course, it's a futile stance, comics and all.

Man, your life must suck. You should kill yourself. Dibs on your gallbladder.

Nah, I just wanna sell it. You can get some good money for it as an aphrodisiac in Asia. I know a guy.

I bought the last issue and liked it, but should I stick around? I just went a few pages back and saw Ramos' take on the cast...it looks like a bad anime attempt.

No, but I've heard good things about it. Are the two comics similar?

I'm dropping it after Whedon's arc. I've gotta cut back on comics anyway, and I doubt I'll enjoy Ramos on Runaways, even if Moore's stories are good.

I'll give it a shot. I'm more excited about Moore's own series Echo and his upcoming run on Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane, though.

He is Joss bloody Whedon.

and I love him dearly... but even I, an unashamed die-hard Whedon fanboy... really thinks his Runaways run has been dull. It has a few good lines, and... some interesting ides, but it's just so... meh.

I won't drop it after Whedon's run, I'll give the new guy a shot... but unless the first issue grabs me, I'll probably trade wait.

Astonishing X-men was a breath of fresh air compared to the other X-men titles. Although i wish Whendon would've stuck more closer to grants gritty and dark storytelling.
