My one and only gripe with the suit is that it would’ve looked better with a bigger, different spider symbol on the front.

The white emblem and mismatched gloves and boots kill it for me. Ugh.

I don't know why this design team seems to be so averse to creating a uniform aesthetic.

That suit is just awful...

Personally I think the red and black spiderman suit is amazing, but I don't think that the movie ends with peter still wearing the red and black suit. I think he will go back to the red and blue suit, I think the red and black suit is nearly pefect just change the colour to red and blue.

Yeah the material is a huge step up from the blue material used in HOCO. Quite similar to the ASM1 suit material. Patterns, too. And that’s not a bad thing.

I would echo the sentiment of not really caring for the white spider emblem on the back, but aside from that, I think it looks good. I've always had a soft spot for the red and black color scheme.

Same here. The red/black brought me right back to his first appearance; especially with the back spider being a different color.

In a few of these panels the back spider is actually white, so I guess you can really say the new costume is comic accurate.

I'm loving it. Depending on how it looks in the movie, it could be the best Spidey suit yet.

My biggest issues with the suit are the eyes (never liked the design), the design of both spiders (front and back), and the splotch of black on his waist (looks awkward as hell). Tweak all those and a pretty decent suit becomes a darn good one.

I don't love them, but I certainly don't hate them either. The white on the suit throws it off for me.

The whole thing has a messy design. Like a schizophrenic all over the place design. None of the elements (the black material, the red material, the white symbol, the rubber bits between the black and red, those fugly gloves) mesh at all. This is a case of "If it ain't broke dont take a chainsaw to it."

The only things that do work on that suit are the mask and boots and that's because they were left the way they were in Civil War and Homecoming.

Somewhat Alex Ross inspired but I think the tiny white spider looks really daft. They should have made it black and bigger or gone with a different design. The details of the gloves look pretty cool

They need to change the spider symbol, I haven’t liked it in any of the mcu movies. Go more traditional

Yknow I gotta say, while I don’t hate any of the Spider-Man suits we’ve seen on film, the MCU suits have definitely not been my favorite. I admire them trying something different, and I liked the mask at first, but I think I prefer the Raimi suits.

Looking at those photos, it looks like they darkened the lines that make up the webbing to make em more prominent. They probably really pop on camera.
