A complete waste of time. And I loved how no one seemed to care after he died.

Yeah it was kind of funny that Lois didn't seem to notice that her boss/ex, who she just got out of a relationship with, was murdered. Yet when Wes Keenan died in "Prototype" she vowed to find the truth on what happened to him even though she hadn't seen him in years.

That relationship was a little different though. Childhood best friend you grew up with vs. Annoying *****ebag Editor. I think we know who Lois was more invested in.

I guess:huh:.....but the relationship between her and Grant was pretty fresh and it wasn't like they ended their relationship on bad terms. I just thought it was weird that she never acknowleged what happened on the show. Oh well, maybe it was something that took place on off-screensville?

LOL thats taken from this:

MK's: The Terrible Trio vs. DC's. Trinity

I don't get how those MK gimokes can be considered any competition at all for the Trinity, especially Superman.

3 hits of laser-vision and they're 3 piles of smoking ashes.

I wanna be optimistic, I really do, but I think that game is gonna supersuck.

when are DC and Marvel going to stop being idiots and just realize that they could make 100x more cash if they put their differences aside and put out a "DC vs. Marvel" Fighting game instead of these random "Big Comic Heroes vs. Lame Video Game Fighting Characters" games?

People have been debating this crap for like 70 years, and the few crossover books we've gotten were awful. Let them fight it out online and watch the $ roll in. No one cares about Batman v. Scorpion or Spider-man v. Dig Dug, etc.

Hmm it was weird, I mean the only time she mentioned him was when she told Clark she dated Grant to try to get over Oliver..

Then again, Craig said when he talked to ED for the season 7 companion, she told him no one knows about Grants death except Lionel and Lana (and obviously Lex), and that Lois just thinks he left town... not that it matters anymore, no one on the show connected to Grant is around anymore lol but Erica did mention that she suggested to the writers an acknowledgement of grief about Grant dying but they never did it and I'm assuming the above is why..

Interesting development in Superman's legal woes:

Over at Blog@, Jeff Trexler reports that ne of his posts has been introduced as evidence in the Siegel/DC copyright lawsuit. Under examination is the post discussing an collaboration between Jerry Siegel and an artist named Russell Keaton on what appears to be an early version of Superman.

The discovery of this new material set off a heated legal exchange. DC’s lawyers challenged the Kitchen documents on several fronts, prompting Toberoff to defend Joanne Siegel’s ability to verify her husband’s signature and Denis Kitchen’s trustworthiness. DC claimed that the new material was filed too late to be considered at this point in the proceedings; the Siegels argued that DC had made a series of its own “rogue filings” with “unauthenticated evidence.”

The reason why the Siegel/Keaton material has received so much attention lies in one of the hottest issues in the comics business today: work for hire. A creator cannot use termination rights to regain ownership of material created as work made for hire, since the creator did not own the material in the first place. However, the Siegel heirs were able to regain half of the copyright in the Superman material in Action Comics #1 in part because Jerry Siegel had co-authored it before entering into the September 22, 1938 employment agreement with Detective Comics.

To be in danger of looking like a complete geek, here goes:

The MK universe is fully magical based, and according to the story of the game the DC and MK universe are merging and the heroes of both worlds are trying to stop it.

That being said, Superman is significantly weakened due to the magical nature of the MK universe, so that the MK villians are on even keel with him.

It's basically their way of making the fact that they can hurt Superman make some sort of sense.

I miss my dignity. :(

You learn something new, whether you want to or not. :p

This sums it up for me. ;)

Yea, that is the reason I don't like when they use magic to explain away things. It's just lazy writing. "What do we do?" "Oh, I don't know....just say it's magic!"

Oh Im need to get that game... Hell I want another Mortal Kombat movie!

Truth be told, I'm not a fan of Mortal Kombat...like at all. The only reason I may rent that one, is to play as Superman and Green Lantern. I'm more of a Street Fighter fan myself.
