"Amazing Spider-Man" or "Spectacular Spider-Man" works for me, but of course... we'll see if this reboot is 'amazing, spectacular, astonishing' or other words to have described Spider-Man.

I hope it's The Amazing Spider-Man, although I did have the idea a while back for them to name each part of the trilogy after a different Spidey comic title: The first, since it's early in his heroic career, would be Peter Parker: Spider-Man. The second, when he's come to terms with his powers and lot in life more, would be Spectacular Spider-Man. The last, being the big, action-packed finale to the trilogy (assuming they only do 3) would be Amazing Spider-Man.

I don't get how hard it is to come up with a title. Apparantly harder than we think. The easy thing would to call it The Amazing Spider-Man. But can they not call it that for some reason? Because no title at this point is ridiculous. They're shooting without a title.

The title has no bearing on the shoot itself, so it's not necessary for production. It's purely marketing. Besides, they could easily have a title, but haven't released it yet.
