I am guessing it is the reflection of the light in your pic you posted. The suit is very shiny. Also look at the one where he is flipping on the left, see how the light is reflecting on the blue a little and it looks red? And also look at the shape of the blur you posted...it doesn't look like a fat spider. If he has one, it is not very big or bright red like the color of the red on the rest of his suit.
