I completley agree! By the way, people who say Tobey is getting too old to Peter parker/Spider-Man, then they should look at oneo f my teacher. My teacher is 36 and I saw him on "Who wants to be a millionare". He shaved his beard and he looks very young, so I just thought would share this as an example.

Personally, I think TMags should move on to other projects. He has no obligation to satisfy the fans or the general audience. He made that clear from the get go before sm1 was even released. I think critics will agree that he had a good stint but with 3 movies in the bag, sm3 being bashed from here to heaven and a supposed release date of 2010 not to mention TMags getting or at least making some sort of attempt, if at all to get into shape, it' s not worth it. He's made his money. He should use that money on projects he plans to setup and start. I think it's time he passes on the torch to someone else and for us fans to have a different interpretation of the character.
