Yeah, I agree. He must've been pissed off or something. I thought the video was hilarious though. I busted out laughing when some dude laughed at the paparazzi getting his camera smacked to the ground! LMAO!

I completley agree. if a camera was stuck in my face I defenitley wouldn't like it. he probably was annoyed and probably tired as well.

I'm almost 100% sure that Tobey asked the kid to back off nicely . the Kid didn't listen, So IMO The Kid deserve what he got .

If I was in Tobey's shoes I'd do the samething .

yeah I don't think people would be as taken back by it had it not been the fact that we are seeing for the first time an example of that rumor that Tobey can be a jerk to fans sometimes.

I imagine the guy was just a bit star strucked and simply got caught up in the moment and the rush and just decided to go for the pic. granted it wasn't the brightest move to make but that doesn't make Tobey slapping **** out of the guys hand justified.

that said though--movie will still rock

Liberties? It was the photographer who took the liberty.
No, if I was the photographer I'd think I was the jerk for invading another person's intimate zone(getting very close to a person) who I dont know.

Currently, you can see Tobey on Regis and Kelly, Jon Stewart and the first part of Tobey's appearance last night on Letterman (where Topher Grace tried to sub for Maguire during the introduction -- kinda funny). Anyway, I'll have part two (or more) of the Letterman interview loaded later this evening, I hope, along with cast appearances on MTV TRL.

They're not searchable by title, on purpose, since I hope they can stay up for a few days anyway.
