The unAUTHENTIC DC Boards Lounge version 8.0

If anyone can help me out, I'll love you long time. I'm about to start a pull-list again. Sure, I could download torrents, and I occasionally do, but it's just not the same.

I don't want to become a wallet abuser like before, so I'm trying to keep the number of books low.

DC
Action Comics (Relaunch) - It's Grant Morrison and jeans. Sold.
Batwoman - Really love her from 52, and J.H. III is great.
Detective Comics (Relaunch) - I just want some Batman, I remember 'tec being good?
Justice League - Yeah, I guess.

Marvel
Deadpool MAX - Sounds good? I downloaded the first issue.
Captain America - Pretty much the only book I kept up with.
Daredevil - Yeah, I guess.
Mighty Thor - Yes or no? I like Fraction.

As for the Avengers, I'm clueless to the current events. It's kinda like my deal with Batman, I just want to read some good Avengers stuff. So which book, Secret, New, or the other 15 different versions. :o

Mighty Thor has been awesome. I'm even looking forward to this new god of Thunder b/c Fraction's first arc is great.

Cap needs to pick up though. Honestly, Bru needs a break from comics.

Are you a fan of Warren Ellis by chance? He's taking over Secret Avengers soon and each issue will be standalone.

Is he planning on writing both the new series and the Bucky series? Has he said anything about leaving? I'm shocked he's still doing it.

Yeah, he's writing both for now, and no, he hasn't said anything about leaving the main Cap book.

TB, if you had to pick one Batman series for the relaunch, which is it?
 
Swap Detective Comics with Batman, thats what Scott Snyder is writing. Tony Daniel is writing Detective Comics, but you should check out Batman and give Batwoman a shot.

The only Bat-title it looks like I'm picking up is Batwoman. I've kind of fallen out of the main Batstuff outside the Morrison series. Thinking purely theoretically, I would probably go with Batman, based on Snyder. I've really enjoyed his work on American Vampire, and his arc has gotten a lot of positive reception.

I'm going to have a fair bit to catch up around mid-season, because in September my heart, soul and arse belong in the groove in the couch with the tv set on the rugby world cup on...

Nice....Im going to try and watch a bit more rugby this year....got to see a lot when I was in the service cuz we got Sky Sports and they showed a lot of Tri Nations and such

I'm convinced that the Super Soldier Serum was reverse engineered from David Pocock's blood... or he's the result of Australia attempting to create their own.
 
ive seen a fair amount of highlights of Pocock....dude is an animal....he looks like he will casually tear your head off and **** down your neck
