I wont go see a movie just because he's in it. Hell I don't do that for anybody. But I wont NOT see a movie because he's in it.

I mean if he's in a movie about bunny taffying, then I'm not gonna go see it because he's in it.....I'd see it because it's a movie about bunny taffying.

Well yeah but if they wanted Scott Pilgrim to succeed they needed an actor who would actually convince people to see a movie. It's not like Transformers where you can drop in Shiapet LeDouche and nobody gives a **** because they're all just there for the 23 minutes worth of robots interspersed among the 2.5 hours of Shia's stammering and twitching.

When a character's name is in the name of the movie you need an actor playing that character who people can give a **** about.

I still think it was way too "complicated" for the unwashed masses....by the way, bought Speed Racer on Blu Ray....AWESOME!!!

I'm so out of shape that if I were gonna being mad about people being able to kick my ass I'd have to start with 6 year old girls and then work my way up to being angry at Cera.

I probably wouldn't even get to Cera cause one of those girls would find out I'm bein' all angry at her and then come kick my ass for it

I was just talking about the Speed Racer movie the other day. For an adaptation of the old anime, that movie did everything right. Anybody who hates that movie just doesn't like Speed Racer to begin with. Or they're just prone to seizures, because that movie was pretty damn colorful.

I enjoy the hell out of that movie.....whoever did the score is a damn genius because the music is placed perfectly throughout the movie....his whole thing with Rex was worked in nicely

I am kinda surprised you like that film but at the same time not. I thought it was awesome personally and it did right by respecting the show while having the right amount of zanniness. I kinda wish Emile Hirsch would do more big budget action films because I like him alot, same with Matthew Fox. I still don't get how it underperformed at the Box Office the way it did, it ****ing bombed HARD and critics ripped it to shreds. Never understood that.

Finished Uncharted 3. Pretty good, but it had a few annoying elements. Parts of it actually felt rushed, which is weird for Naughty Dog.

was watching Feeback, and they talked about it feeling like it was rewritten a couple times as the game went on

Eh, the story seems pretty solid. I just thought one element in particular of it was annoying. Namely, [blackout]the fact that Nathan and Elena start off broken up again, even after Uncharted 2 was basically all about the two of them getting together and getting their happy, "ride off into the sunset" ending.[/blackout]
