Well, getting mad about the characters used is pointless. It's a sandbox and it always had been. They're gonna use whoever they want, whenever they want. They did that in the first 4. You pretty much had to figure they would continue along that path.

I don't mind the characters used, I just wish they used them better.

But again, if they use ****** characters, you'll get ****** results. No way around it. I mean, Chuck Austen's Azazel? Come on.

Must I quote Moore again?

No s**t characters, just s**t writers. :o

British tv shows have pretty short seasons Hush

Sherlock is really great its a really neat modern update of the character. I hope you like it when you watch it Hush

Moriarty is so creepy in this series

I'll get on it tonight after I watch Emerald Knights.

Hush: Note that each episode of Sherlock is like an hour and a half. It's like a season (or series, as the Brits call them) of mini-movies.

That's ****ing awesome, as a result can I only assume the quality is just Fantastic?

I thought the dark aspects of the ending/climax was kind of overblown, though. [blackout]I mean, yeah, the whole coin in the head thing was kind of unexpected, but people were talking like it was something that pushed the PG-13 envelope to the max or some ****. It wasn't that bad, really.[/blackout]

Yeah I actually enjoyed that a PG-13 movie was slightly violent. The particular scene you are talking about made sense though, it was the only way [blackout]Erik could think to kill him with out creating any sort of energy that could be used against him.[/blackout]

I Just don't understand the mutant selection for example. I mean, there are way better mutants out there than ****e Angel and Darwin. Also, making Banshee some stoner kid. Then, January Jones just can't plain act. I'm sorry she was the worst part of the movie for me. The random romances popping up, the whole timeline screwup (Scott is supposed to be the older Summers brother) etc.

We talked about it on the facebooks but as for Alex being older than Scott, I say oh well the movies are their own animal now and they honestly just pick names out of a hat and just write movies around those characters. The romance between Beast and Mystique was obvius but i'm more cuirous as to how on earth Azazel and her will ever get together to make Nightcrawler if they are starting the Raven/Erik thing this early.

I don't know how you can even say that.
I can say that because the movie didnt flinch when it came to the deeper issues of the comics, and it gave us an honest look and Xavier and Magneto's philosophys.

I mean, the tornado dude, they never even mention his name and he has no ****ing lines, ridiculous.

Speaking of racism, is Justice League Dark gonna be Black Lightning, Static Shock, and Vixen all teaming up?

Don't call me racist because I said I found Halle Berry attractive. Now I want all of you to apologize to me.

I'm sorry Darth, what am I sorry for? I'm just not sure.

At this point, I'm so desensitized, I could have seen him shove a steel girder up his ass and not been fazed. :o

Oh 'Nubsy you and your steel girder taffying :awesome:

Yep it isn't as dark as some have said it is. Bacon was great as Shaw though i really dug his performance

such anger...Im still a "newbie" as it comes to fan relations in the EPL...I know the basics...everyone hates Man U, Arsenal and Chelsea hate each other I think and no one likes Manchester City
I'll school you. Any teams from the same region hate each other so if you have five teams from the north east of England then they all dislike each other.

Everyone hates Tottenham but especially other London teams like Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham and Fulham.

Local rivals Manchester United and Manchester City don't like each other.
Liverpool and Manchester United don't like each other.

Everyone and I mean everyone hates hooligan teams like Millwall and Leeds.

By the way have you seen Micheal Sheen movie The Dammed United?

Its awesome. There isn't any soccer in the film its more about Sheens ego manic soccer manager and his obsession with beating his rival Don Revie.
I'm thinking of giving Sherlock a try is this a good decision? Also why are there only like 4 episodes?
Its great especially the first episode. The only bad thing about it was it has the worst Moriarty in the history of Shelock Holmes movies and television shows.

I still really did Chris Columbus and Steven Spielbergs Harry Potter style Young Sherlock Holmes from the 80s. That was the first movie to feature CGI and the kid who plays Watson was Brian Cox son.
im growing rather fond of Matt Smith....almost to the point where I feel like Im cheating on David Tennant
Its funny how sad everyone was when Tennant went and they were all saying Matt Smith looks weird and he will never live up to Tennant now everyones like F*** Tennant :funny:

Tennant was great he just suffered from having poor writers. I love Matt Smith too though. My least favourite has been Eccleston.

January Jones was rather dull. Scott did pop up in the
Cerebro scene
. Hey who knows perhaps Darwin might come back and pull a deadly genesis (replace Vulcan with Havok scenario)
I mean, the tornado dude, they never even mention his name and he has no ****ing lines, ridiculous.
Well the actor playing Riptide doesn't speak the best English. He had lines but they were cut from the movie.

Vaughn promised he would give Azazel and Riptide some more stuff in the sequels if they get made.

Well, X-Men: First Class was pretty awesome. Like, wow.

Yeah, definatly on the top 3 Origin movies with Iron Man and Batman Begins. It's gonna be amazing what they can come up for the sequel.
I could listen to Kevin Bacon speak German all day.

Haha yeah he had a good charm with the german when he was saying chocolate and wonderful in german.
Personally, even with the changes I thought it was better than a lot of the other Marvel films that have been out recently. It really took it's source material seriously, while not beeng tied down by it.

Definatly. It's easily the summer surprise movie like i was telling everyone, but even i couldn't see it being this amazing.
