I looked. Nothing really special, and most of it is stuff we've seen on commercials.

Sneak Peek Episode 213 The Walking Dead: Beside The Dying Fire

I have to say
I really enjoyed that Rick was the one that killed Shane. My favorite part of the second half of this 2nd season is the "surprise" Rick badass moments. They're also the reason I believe Rick really is the best leader for the group, because he's smarter. I mean, heck, Rick emotionally manipulated Shane into a vulnerable position. I think that was my favorite part of the entire ending moment. The second Shane turned the gun on him Rick was never going to actually try and have them both walk back. He made the decision to kill Shane, and he responded in the way Shane expected him to in order to get the upper hand. That was impressive.
yeah, after the awesomeness that is the second half of season 2, I'm finally gonna get around to reading the comics. Amazon, here I come.![]()
I love how they show Rick's right hand reaching behind his back for the knife to take Shane out. Absolutely great.
While I agree that Carl killing a living and breathing Shane would have been great, it just didn't make a lot of sense in the context of the TV series.
that would make since rick didnt understand what it meant at the time!"We are the Walking Dead" Not that I'm happy about it though If it is what he said (Such a powerful moment in the comics) but it would make sense as a kinda Rick didn't know what he meant and there for wasn't being dumb.....He could have just assumed Jenner was being emo....he was committing suicide after all.
It would totally make sense. Carl needs to stick up for his dad, against a-hole Shane...
Now, Carl is a little b.
Comics. TV Series. Comics. TV Series.
I think some of you need to learn that there's a distinction.
There is, yes...
But, to the point were you're totally ruining important moments in the comics. Yes, it's cool to change things but having no Tyrese, sitting on the farm way way too long, not killing Shane right, Carl not being developed right, and Rick finding out about "walking dead" through CDC is very bad.
No it is not...This is not a direct adaptation of the comics. The creator has said it from the start, therefore it is not very bad...The storytelling is different. Some things translate better on tv then in the comics.
