Carol and Rick are so devious. :sus Carol intimidating that kid was chilling. I wonder what they are setting up with Rick and the blond woman, is it share and share alike in this little community?

I'm digging the new arc they have started for Daryl, looking forward to seeing him build up that hog. :D

The attempts of Michonne to regain normality are interesting, clearly Ginger Guile needs to step off but I loved the scene of her hanging her sword as a wall ornament representing her past.

What was up with Rick at the end when that dodgy tune kicked in?

I think it was supposed to signify that Rick is an wild animal in a cage.

That's how I interpreted it.

I watched Sunday's episode with a friend, and I think she worded it best: "Rick is the wolf in a field of sheep."

Good point guys, Rick is coming off like the bad guy in the recent eps but I think you're right on what the intention is, he's struggling to adjust from being in survival "worst case scenario" mode 24/7.

Man, it's soooo tempting right now to just wikipedia TWD comics and see where this may or may not be headed, but I will resist! At some point, I do want to read all the comics but I think I'll wait until the show has concluded or at least until this season is over because I don't want to spoil it for myself. But it almost feels like Rick and his team are on the path to becoming the bad guys and will take this town over. That would be a bold step to take, but would they do it?

We've seen shows like Breaking Bad where the hero (or antihero) essentially becomes the villain. So we know AMC isn't opposed to that concept. But the main characters on TWD have generally stayed "good" for the most part. Even Carol, who has made some of the most morally questionable choices of all our heroes, could still be seen as doing it all for the greater good of the group. But it would be interesting to see Rick and the other snap and just start offing or imprisoning anyone who opposed them.

I just realized towards the end of “The Distance” episode during the RV ride to Alexandria that Pete (Jessie’s husband) is the “gifted surgeon” Aaron recommended to Noah for his limp. Interesting.

I have a feeling Rick's group is going to be split with taking over Alexandria...

On Team Rick: Carol, Sasha, Michonne; I don't know about Rosita and I could see Daryl being torn.

I can see Glenn and Maggie being against it and I don't think Abraham is going to be for it either. I see him wanting to put the killing and slaying behind him. Rosita may side with him too.

I see Carl really wanting to lead a normal life for him and his sister.

I think it's about to get ugly for everybody.

I don't think Michonne will be on team Rick, she is the one who wants Alexandria to work. She was jumping at a chance to live in peace and put down the sword. If/When Rick and Carol mess it all up, I don't see her agreeing with them.

Can't believe just how gorey the deaths were in that last episode. Yeah its gorey but they stepped it up to a whole new level this week.:cool:

Not complaining about the gore and violence (because holy crap, was it gruesome and effective), but I think it's hilarious that TV networks seem to be a-okay with showing gratuitous amounts of violence nowadays, but cursing and sexual content is still very much censored.

It makes little to no sense to me. Oh, censors ... :whatever:

Both cursing and sexual content censoring are FAR more lax now then they ever were.

Go watch something like Sons of Anarchy to see what is allowed on TV these days.

Teenage love in the zombie apocalypse.

So uh, guesses who's going to bite in the finale? We know both Melissa and Norman are going to be on Talking Dead. And now we know there's going to be another surprise guest.
