Yep! Rick shut Gabriel down.

I still don't trust or like Nicholas, but at least he's stepping up more.

Oh this is so going to become a meme.

AMC posted clips from the MSG Premiere Event on YT.

I thought the season opener was one of the best eps they have ever done. The structure of it worked really well and the opening shot was the shows biggest visual moment to date IMO, but my favorite scene was the one between Rick and Morgan when they were sitting on the porch.

Morgan went full Donatello
Ethan Embry is making me feel old. I remember him from that movie Can't Hardly Wait lol. He looks so old now.

Ethan Embry morphed into Johnny Lee Miller at some point

Seriously, though, I'm thinking it's Jessie's kid.

That's what I think, too. He was giving Rick and his group the evil eye all through the episode. And he's a less obvious culprit than the Wolves.

Gotta be the Wolves because the first thing I thought of was a semi/tractor trailer horn, which was seen being loaded with walkers in the S5 finale (or someone from Alexandria getting to the horn to use as SOS).

Clips of the MSG panel:

Andrew Lincoln’s baby pictures (as well as Norman Reedus and Steven Yeun’s):

Jon Bernthal surprises the cast. His speech is edited, he dropped the f-word a few times in the full version. :funny:

Walking Dead Family Feud. This is just Round 1. The category for Round 2 was “How You Know Rick Is Mad at You” (and Yvette gave the guys an answer too):

Herschel wins an award - and gets interrupted by the Governor (this is edited too, Morrissey went on about his eyepatch longer):

Andrew Lincoln got 5 tics in one week while shooting, and Norman Reedus showed up late without his pants:

I absolutely loved it as well.

Glenn totally gets it next episode...

I don't even think Glenn is going to be in the next episode. From the preview, I assume that it's going to show what was going on in Alexandria while Rick and the others were dealing with the walkers.

‘The Walking Dead’ Ratings: Season 6 Debut Down From 2014, Beats NFL & ‘SNF’ In Demo

Deadline said:
While great numbers for any show on broadcast or cable nowadays, that’s down 16% and 15% in viewers and the demo, respectively, from the then and still record-breaking Season 5 premiere of the AMC series on October 12, 2014. It is also down from the Season 4 debut on October 13, 2013, which had an 8.2 demo rating and 16.1 million total viewers. But Sunday’s debut is the top show of the 2015-15 TV season so far and it is the third-best season opener TWD has had, topping the then record-breaking Season 3 opener of October 14, 2012.

But Sunday’s debut is the top show of the 2015-15 TV season so far and it is the third-best season opener TWD has had, topping the then record-breaking Season 3 opener of October 14, 2012.

Sunday’s The Walking Dead was up from the 6.7/20 demo result of the biggest show on the Big 4, the Empire Season 2 debut of September 23. But compared with the 15.8 million viewers with 10.4 million among the 18-49s of its March 29 Season 5 finale, the Season 6 opener slipped; debut to finale, it dipped 9% among the 18-49s and 7% in total viewers. Unsurprisingly, TWD was well up this weekend over the 6.86 million total viewers and a 3.37 rating that the Season 1 finale of companion series Fear The Walking Dead pulled in on October 4 in Live+Same Day results.

BTW, the Season 5 debut of TWD last October went up to another record breaker of 22.372 million total viewers and 14.523 million in the demo in Live+3 results, aka 29% and 32% jumps, respectively. That’s going to be the next set of number to watch for later this week, record or no record. And one last stat for today: according to Nielsen, the TWD S6 premiere generated 611,000 “event-related tweets.” That’s the second best of any show this week with American Horror Story: Hotel’s debut October in the top spot with 878,000.

Best line of the last episode. "We have to come for them, before they can come for us. It's that simple." - Rick

That's what she said.

House wife Carol, bringing out the claws.

And then the tough love on cookie boy.
