The Walking Dead season 7 brings more suspense than the previous one that's why TWD hype gradually increasing day by day.

Few days ago I saw some pictures on comicbook.com I think Negan brings some hilarious twist as he might choose to left his baseball bat and if it happened it's becomes twist.

Maggie with the tractor! Lauren Cohan was terrific in this ep, she really conveyed Maggie's sadness and her resilience. I think it will be Maggie that becomes the leader of the Hill Top community and unites the 3 groups against Negan, rather than Rick.

Gregory is such a Weasel, Xander Berkley is doing a great job inbuing him with the required amounts of snivelling slime and cowardice.

The show is doing a great job of making the Saviours into the most hateable set of sadistic antagonists our heroes have faced, I can't wait to see them start to get what's coming to them!

To be fair, they got what was coming to them early with that attack on the Outpost, now they're striking back at Rick, who will no doubt strike back at them down the road.

Aso, not everyone agrees with Rick to keep him alive. Like all the Primary character. Also, Rick & Carl both become targets of the very people they are trying to protect.

I really hope they deviate from this in the show, the way it reads is that the writers were so in love with the character they created that they kept him around beyond logic and good storytelling.

Now I realize why the promo last week started with "In the weeks ahead on The Walking Dead"....they showed nothing from this weeks as they were focusing an entire ep on a couple of glorified extras, these eps focusing on sole situations instead of intercutting between the different sets of characters are only viable with the main players IMO.

How so? I've never read the comics but I think he's brought a real menace to the show, that charismatic, joke cracking facade barely hiding an unhinged monster who can go off at any moment, and who has managed to convert a cult like army to follow his will.

From what I've read though he's like a rich dessert, too much and you get sick, they need to have Rick or Maggie kill him before the time jump IMO.

I think Negan is just a dumb character. Lines like "Pee pee pants city" just don't work when spoken out loud. Past villains worked partly because they felt like they could exist in the real world. Negan, on the other hand, is like a living cartoon character. Like someone wondered what would happen if Andrew Dice Clay was dropped into a zombie apocalypse. It starts to wear thin. Plus, with Jeffrey Dean Morgan not being very big, you have to wonder why anyone would put up with him. At least if we was a big as he is in the comics, you could see why other, equally dangerous men would not want to mess with him.

The consensus seems to be mixed on JDM's portrayal of Negan. I guess some viewers can only take the character in small doses.
