CD Projeckt Red The Witcher 3

Swimming was a pain the first time I did it... then something just clicked and I havent had an issues since.

As longs as they keep it simple it shouldnt be too bad, if there is some complex diving sections I might struggle, we shall see. Maybe there are potions for longer breath or something that will help.

Loving the branching stories and missions, some clear distinct choices that make big differences to outcomes of story quests, even small choices can have big consequences later. Starting to get addicted to this now and cant wait to meet some old characters eventually in this.

There are potions you can get that increase the amount of time you can hold your breath.

aww man I lost all my saved game on my xbone :( kinda suckish

Yea piss off.

My character doesn't stop when I stop him, selecting to talk to people sometimes doesn't work because of poor hit detection. Riding the horse is a chore rather then fun due to how they have it set up.

I'm not talking about the way too easy, even in hardest mode combat controls.
lol!

Damn, that sucks as this is not the sort of game you want to start over, its huge. Lets hope they get that patch out soon to solve it at least going forward.

Not my best moment for sure :/

I just frustrate easy in game when it says I can do something and I have to reposition myself 10 times to get it to trigger.
I lol'd at the part of your post that I bolded. I can't speak for or against your complaints or much of anything about the game because I haven't played it.

Had to abandon my first quest last night.. Wandering in the Dark.. The suggested level was 7.. I am lvl 8 the boss is like level 15. Holy **** he wrecked me. Decided to go grind. Yay. Grinding.

That might be the one I had to abandon too, is it the one with [BLACKOUT]a werewolf[/BLACKOUT] as the end boss?

Good thing is you can at least run off and come back later without having to fail the mission, came back and wrecked him at level 10, with various potions, bombs and oils in play.

member of the friggin' Wild Hunt. The one where the witch helps you through?

Oh lord yes,
that was an almighty scrap, it was pretty epic and felt awesome beating that guy but would imagine it would get annoying if you cant. I must have completed that fight with the tinniest slither of health. I can see these Wild Hunt being ploughing annoying, but I am kind of glad they are a struggle to defeat makes them worthy opponents.

That fight was easy I won at level 7, then again the swords I have with me are pretty epic and I am a master at dodging so beat his ass something silly.:woot:

Ps4 version looks clearly better here. not to say the xbone version looks bad, it obviously looks like a great game on both consoles it is the same game after all but the Ps4 version to me looks like it does have superior visuals. and while it is obvious, it isn't a very huge difference, it just looks more crisp mostly. so for those playing on xbone, the experience would be the same imo.

Yeah I beat him on my second or third try. Loved it though, the fights all about skill. Very tense fight. Loving this game so far, I'm absolutely hooked. I'd certainly like a remaster so I can play the previous games on ps4. A couple of minor gripes though; I too feel the text is too small, as well as some markers on the minimap being hard to see. And yeah I find myself having to position myself at the perfect angle to properly interact with items which can be a rather annoying. Other than that though the game runs, plays, and looks absolutely wonderfully. Oh and I love the morality in this game. Wish more did it like this. Its not so blatantly black and white like most games, I actually saw how one of my choices I thought wpuod result in a positive outcome end up pretty messed up for all involved.

What's the highest level above you're weight class you've defeated, guys?

I was level 4 (just got to level 5 last night) taking on a group of four or five bandits that were all levels 9 and 10. It was one hell of a fight, but killing them all sure felt like a feat. And the music from "The Ladies of the Woods" playing in the background is a heck of a motivation.

It's some sort of glitch. It's happening to people on the PS4 and PC as well.

Ah hopefully gets fixed. So disappointing when that happens far in.

The cow exploit works really well.

I don't like grinding, but you have to do it with this game.

Anyone who is thinking about racking up bank, don't go into the 6 digits. There seems to be something in the code that malfunctions when you have money in the 6 digits. Some are having trouble even when they go over $20,000. So it might be a good idea to keep your wallet below that amount.

I am pretty bad at this game. Should I just wander and grind stuff? It's only worth to sell the junk stuff and weapons that are below the power of my current weapons, right? Everything else I should keep because it goes towards making items? Is it worth just having a lot of animal meat for health, as well?
