Yeah, I just read some too. :csad:

These are for real 100% true spoilers, so read at your own risk.

In the beginning, [BLACKOUT]Reapers are up to no good[/BLACKOUT], and Shepard decides to [BLACKOUT]stop them[/BLACKOUT]. He travels to [BLACKOUT]a bunch of different planets[/BLACKOUT], where he meets up with [BLACKOUT]some old friends[/BLACKOUT] and [BLACKOUT]helps people with their problems[/BLACKOUT]. As it turns out, Shepard is actually [BLACKOUT]a pretty cool guy[/BLACKOUT], believe it or not. So much so, that everyone [BLACKOUT]likes him[/BLACKOUT] and decides to [BLACKOUT]join his cause[/BLACKOUT] and [BLACKOUT]fight the Reaper menace[/BLACKOUT]. Shepard gets [BLACKOUT]sexy[/BLACKOUT] with some [BLACKOUT]alien ladies[/BLACKOUT]. [BLACKOUT]Good triumphs[/BLACKOUT] and [BLACKOUT]evil is vanquished[/BLACKOUT], [BLACKOUT]the end[/BLACKOUT].

Also, there's an [BLACKOUT]after the credits mission[/BLACKOUT] where Shepard lands the Normandy on [BLACKOUT]the Dragon Age planet[/BLACKOUT], [BLACKOUT]kills some Darkspawn[/BLACKOUT] and recruits [BLACKOUT]The Warden[/BLACKOUT] into his squad. They [BLACKOUT]fly around the galaxy together[/BLACKOUT] and [BLACKOUT]get into fun adventures[/BLACKOUT]. It sounds [BLACKOUT]pretty cool[/BLACKOUT].

So what you're saying is... is that the Warden and Shepard have teh sex?

you guys have got it all wrong........

based on the leaked info that I've read, Shepard's big secret is:

Shepard..........is..........THE WARDEN!!

After vanquishing the Archdemon, the Warden disappears and falls into a space/time continuum warp. When he wakes up, he has no recollection of his adventures as a Warden and adopts a new identity. He chooses the name Shepard cuz it sounds cool.........

Man I can't believe how much spoiled stuff is already out there. The game is 4 months away!

Again, my ability to detect sarcasm fails me, this time with SolarTiger.

FYI, I'm not referring to the posts in this thread, those are obviously tongue in cheek. Just in general around the net. Unless someone was being sarcastic about that too...:o

Indeed a ton of story details have leaked. Neogaf even received a C&D over it from Bioware/EA. The thread there was deleted soon after. Needless to say, lets keep that spoilery stuff out of this thread for the time being.

That cease and desist business from Bioware is pretty gross. :/

Damn, it sounds like those leaks revealed pretty much everything. What a ****** thing to happen, I'm sure the dev's have to be pretty pissed at Microsoft over this.

Certainly. I know I would be pretty upset. I wouldn't take it out on an internet forum though and tell them they're not allowed to discuss it.

Keeping in mind I've been doing my best to keep out of this mess so I don't know any specifics but it seems to me that telling NeoGaf to close a thread down is moreso Bioware trying to do damage control and limit the spread of such information than them attempting to be vindictive.

You can't limit the spread of anything on the internet though. Once the cat's out of the bag, it's never going back in. Even if they did somehow manage to completely erase from the internet whatever original files got out, it's information. They can't make people forget what they've read or stop them from reposting it all over the Internet.

There are so many better ways they could have handled this.

True enough, I just was moreso saying that I didn't think they were "taking it out" on anyone.

In any case, I know I'm not popping on the Bioware forums, or reading comments in ME3 stories or YouTube videos for the next few months.

This might be the wisest thing you've ever said that I'll admit. :awesome:

yeah......I've remained fairly spoiler free for both Skyrim and ME3..........and I intend to remain so........lol.

With DA2, I was pretty active on the Bioware forums during that game's dev cycle. Naturally, I would read some spoilers, but that was by my own choice.

However, my curiosity got the best of me in the few days prior to DA2's release.....

here was a game I was extremely hyped for. but then some people got their copies a few days before release, played throught it, and posted the spoilers on the forum.

again, I made the choice to read the spoilers. but, I learned some things about the game ( mainly in re to the ending and the overall "lack" of choice ), and that kind of dampened my enthusiasm for the game. so, when I started playing the game myself, perhaps that kind of prevented me from enjoying it.......

after that, I don't frequent the Bioware forums as much.......lol

Yeah same here. Youtube comments especially since there's always some ******* who spoils something.

I'm going to remain spoiler free, unless it's something Bioware officially announces.

Reading an article on Joystiq feels me with rage... How can some people have so much hate for BioWare yet consider themselves to be the REAL fans?

Ugh.

That's the most annoying thing about nerddom. The ones that are the most hardcore are usually the ones that rage the hardest and loudest. Which is why I tend to avoid the superhero movie sections of this forum.

The REAL fans know BioWare sucks, so they know better than you.

Damn. I thought I was a real fan for buying and enjoying pretty much everything they put out.

Poop.

I had to come to terms with this disillusionment also. :(
