The IC Title is now the top title on Raw because Brock Lesnar doesn't give a damn about WWE.

I don't really care enough about the argument to care if I win. When one of the best wrestlers/total package players was black, The Rock, he won the Championship. The other guys you mention weren't on that level, thus they didn't win. The argument comes down to you are willing to give the World Championship to a wider range of talent levels than I am, if you're not one of the 10 best wrestlers in the company, you shouldn't be World Champion IMO. Actually, I'd probably drop it lower than Top 10 to be honest.

We'll just have to agree to disagree on the New Day guys. None of them are World Champion level talents. They're over AS A GROUP, as individuals they're just not on that level. I can name a minimum of 15 guys that are better than the best New Day member, which is clearly Kofi.

The Rock is an outlier because he had the backing of his samoan family legacy. The Samoan family in general has always been influential in the WWE.In regards to saying "if you're not one of the 10 best wrestlers in the company...", I can give you a LONG list of guys who weren't one of the top 10 (Jinder Mahal, Sycho Sid, Vince McMahon, JBL, Edge *at the time*, Sheamus, amongst others). Vince pushes who Vince wants to push. It's why guys like Booker T, Shelton Benjamin, D'Lo Brown and Apollo Crews, while extremely talented, get stuck with dumb gimmicks and get buried when they don't immediately get over.

With New Day being over "as a group", Triple H wasn't "over" until he got with DX. THEN he got a shot to run solo. New Day's merch probably sells on par with DX and none of them have gotten a chance to get solo runs since being on in the New Day. If you don't think Big E could be a world champ, then we're not going to agree on this. I'd also argue you'd be in the minority.

See, we compare the WWE to a sports team....we whine and complain when they do something wrong and we praise them when they do something right like we do with Sports teams. It's not mindless fun like a YouTuber who is a big WWE fan says it is. If it was mindless fun like he says it is, why do we complain about the WWE all of the time? That YouTuber is wrong: WWE is not mindless fun because we treat it like a sports team. Mindless fun is popcorn flicks.

Like I said earlier, i think the show overall was really entertaining, I just wish the WWE would go back to: A. Thinking outside the box & B. Listening to fan reaction and adjusting accordingly.

You won't hear me argue that there haven't been tons of other Champions that didn't deserve it. Though Sid I would argue did. But Mahal (Who is a minority BTW), JBL, Miz, Sheamus, yup, none of them deserved it either. And Edge didn't deserve to win it 11 freaking times. Of the guys you named, only Booker T deserved a World Title run and he got 2 World Championship reigns. The Rock was an outlier because he was freaking great, Booker T got 2 runs because he was very, very good. Mark Henry wasn't even a good wrestler, he won the World Championship. Lashley was in the World Title picture last time before he got hurt and moved on, and I think he will win Universal or WWE Championship this go round. What other elite black wrestlers should have been World Champion? Ron Simmons was past his prime when he came to WWE, he did win the tag belts 3 times. The Godfather, MVP, Ahmed Johnson, Titus O'Neal, JTG, R-Truth, Crews, I mean, these are the best black wrestlers there have been, which one of them honestly deserved a World Championship run? None. Are you honestly arguing that D'Low Brown or Shelton Benjamin are World Champion level talent. They both won the IC belt, that was their talent level (D'Low being IC level is debatable). D'Low Brown World Champion, lmao... Lashley is probably the 3rd or 4th best black wrestler of All-Time and even he's never really been a Top 5 wrestler in the world. If you're arguing that they should win just because they are minorities, fine, say that or that they should win because other crap wrestlers have won, OK, I can give the point that other crap wrestlers have won. But I'm not buying that Vince purposely holds them down, sorry. Be one of the best, like the Rock or Booker and you will get some Title runs. Be mediocre like D'Low, Titus, Crews, MVP etc., you get what you get.

(Triple H didn't deserve as many title runs as he got either, just for the record)

Big E isn't even one of the 5 best "big men" in WWE... Brock, Braun, Lashley, Joe, Rusev, Wyatt, Owens, Reigns, even Corbin and McIntyre are better. Then you have all the smaller guys... He shouldn't even be in consideration for World Champ.

John Cena let out too much info to Nikki Bella last night on Total Bellas

That New Day/Kevin Owens segment. :funny:
Woods hissing made me chuckle

Looks like the WWE UK Division will have their own Women's Division:

https://www.wwe.com/shows/wwe-unite...orm-vs-killer-kelly-vs-jinny-vs?sf192024162=1

Toni Storm and Jinny are great. I don't know anything about Killer Kelly or Isla Dawn, except for the fact that the latter is the girlfriend of Aleister Black. Very interesting that Killer Kelly is Portuguese but I have heard that she also wrestles in the UK, so that is the most likely requirement to be a part of the UK division.

They should of got Millie McKenzie just so she can interact with Pete Dunne :woot:

Dunne acting like his mum made him take his little sister wrestling with him and hating it :funny:

There were pictures of Dunne smiling at Download Fest, which meant that Hell froze over.

Sasha hasn't had a 1-on-1 championship match since a week after Summer Slam 2017, and that was only because Bayley injured her shoulder.

Except for that 1 week blip, Alexa has held the championship nearly since she was drafted to Raw. before that she was a mainstay in the title picture on Smackdown. She's nearly caught up with Mickie James six championships in the less than two years she's been on the main roster.

Lets not forget Steamboat had to go to another promotion to escape the midcard.

Comparing Alexa's push to Sasha's is ludicrous. Sasha's four title reigns combined amount to maybe two months tops, her last title reign lasted eight days, EIGHT DAYS!! And she has had a grand total of ZERO successful title defenses across those reigns. And she has been bouncing around the midcard for close to a year now.

Sasha also loses her titles in humiliating circumstances, including against Alexa.

Meanwhile Alexa has held the belt for like 90% of her time on the main roster and she's pretty much NEVER been out of the title hunt even when she doesn't have it. And her last reign went on forever and they basically made every babyface on Raw (including Sasha) look pathetic and/stupid when they faced her.

There's no comparison. Heck Roman Reigns wishes he'd have as consistent a push as Alexa has. Alexa is more like "Reign of Terror era" Triple H at this point.

FWIW, I never compared their title reigns or careers. I said Sasha didn't need the case either. Charlotte, Sasha nor Alexa needed the MIB win. I even agreed that Sasha should have a longer title reign next time she wins a Championship (which she will barring injury). I just said that I wasn't upset that Alexa got the belt back, because she can generate heat and rivalries better than the rest of the female roster.

Becky needed the case the most.

When is the last time RAW or Smackdown began with a proper intro and the theme song. And then started off with an actual match? Jesus. We always start off just going straight into the show and someone is out there talking.

"Overhyped Rookie" and bam, a good rivalry born with one good promo. That's why they put the title back on her. No other female on the roster cuts that promo.

The B-Team making fun of Matt and Bray was hysterical. Inparticular Bo as Bray :funny:

I just realized that when Roman talks, his lips stick out like Jafar, now I can’t unsee it.

So let me get this straight: Rollins wins at the PPV against Elias who is SUPER over, but drops the belt the next night to Ziggler?!!

Poor Lashley screwing up his lines, he's been so snakebit so far haha... He's in the title picture now though, hopefully he runs with it.

Just turn Sasha heel and let her & Bayley get that boring ass feud over with. No reaction from the crowd because they both look lifeless out there fighting each other, no heat, no motives, crap writing/acting, just fighting for no reason.

The main roster screwing up a Sasha/Bayley feud still baffles me. The rivalry of the year in 2015 in NXT, total garbage on Raw. It makes me sick.

Can't explain that one unless they're planning on giving Ziggler/Drew a Shawn Michaels/Diesel push... Because we know Vince loves recycling gimmicks... But I doubt that's where it's going. Shame Ziggler never found a good gimmick, he's very good in the ring but he looks and talks like a goof.

Ronda channeled her inner UFC Badass tonight and it was great.

Did they pass the feud to another writer, because this isn't even the same storyline we started with.

"I'm not finished with you."

I was half expecting Bayley to drag Sasha away like Raven did Riggs in WCW.
