Boy, how great of a sub-conflict would that be?

I'm with you, except for the Christmas time part (I like the snow part, if shot on location, fake snow looks like sh:t on film), holiday themes are a horrible combination with these types of films. Seeing a Christmas tree and presents that coinside with sharing and caring makes me f---ing sick.Jspider13 said:-Christmas time

Jspider13 said:You can still do a Spidey movie in Christmas season without all the happy feel-good cheer. Who says in order to have a Christmas movie that you need all of that? Obviously, it worked to perfection in Die Hard, but that's only because they broke the rules with Christmas movies. For a Spidey movie, you just need to get the point across that it's Christmas time, with the Snow, the Christmas lights, and well, that's all you need. Once the audience buys the fact that it's Christmas time, they'll know what your doing with the story, without all the cheesy cheerful junk.

"Yippie-ki-yay, motherf***er." Ah, tis the season to be jolly....

It's a cop takes on the world action flick set in a Christmas setting. All that "cheesy" stuff you talk about, that's what makes a Christmas movie a Christmas movie.
