I personally liked it better than the first one.

How so? I heard Stark's more of an ass in the movie (same as the RDJ :oldrazz:) and had some implications of Demon In A Bottle to it.

Stark is more of an ass in this one (like he was for a long time in the comics, plus there is a a good reason for it)....there was more overall action, a lot more of actual Iron Man scenes, a better Rhodey (I did not like Howard's portrayal in the original movie), I thought the Black Widow kickass scenes were great, more actual scenes with Nick Fury, and plenty of references to other Marvel characters.

How was Whiplash?

That sounds like a lot of fun. I can't wait to see it!

Also, thanks for keeping your review vague.

I have two real life comic-book/fanboy friends.
I have a couple as well. :ninja:

Hi! Yes, I'm happy to see familiar names, too! Hopefully most of the people I talked to come back now that we've got a release date. The pre-production period is going to be one hell of a partaaay around these parts. You can already see members who've joined way back in 2006, coming out of the woodworks. It has begun!
*Cough* You could always visit us elsewhere. *Cough*

This wouldn't be a lounge if Cowleen didn't make an appearance.

Mine is The Punisher, the Dolph Lundgren one
Best. Version. Ever!

Hello to everyone else that hasn't been recognized. :woot::woot::woot::woot:

Two of my friends saw it and said the 2nd film regressed from the first one.

Too much fluff and over the top non sense going on and they said the films pace was crammed and rushed.

Not surprising to me.

I will still probably see it in two or three weeks or so.

this is pretty much what i've heard too

I liked Iron Man 2 as much as the first one. There were definitely things I didn't like, but overall it was good. Plus Cheadle was way better than Howard.

I can't believe I actually have to tell you people this again.....yep....this lounge will not last long at this rate.

Some people forget rules when they've been gone for months...years. Please don't bunch everyone that posts here as rule breakers and then punish all by closing the thread. Only 12 pages in and the crud from the past is getting tiresome.

:stares purpleace down:

What? *tosses eye drops at VRICH*

Iron Man Iron Man...All the people I know have expressed joy after watching it, thankfully no spoilers.

I'm watching Brazil for the first time, it's crazy!

Whoa when did this happen?

C. Lee, did you do this because of my PM?!!!!

You're welcome, America.

Also, Iron Man 2 wasn't that good.

Lolololololol, first post in the Tusi is a double.

I disagree with cheadle being a good rhodie. Both howard and cheadle were just kind of...there, and didn't really own the role.

I was responding to this and statements like it.
